Hamas Releases Video Of 4 Israeli Teen Hostages

The families of four Israeli teens kidnapped by Hamas in the Gaza Strip were interviewed by the UK’s Daily Mail outlet on Monday. They made a plea to parents everywhere, asking for help and further assistance in saving their loved ones.

STEVE'S TAKE: Just to be clear, Hamas has no legal basis to take prisoners of war (POWs). Hamas is not a military from a recognized nation. It does not have the right under international law to take IDF soldiers as POWs. In a fantasy world even if they [Hamas as the terrorist body/political governing party of Gaza] were a military of a nation and declared war against Israel (unjustly), they would be required to follow the Geneva Conventions on the treatment of POWs to include reporting them to the red cross, giving the red cross access to them, and especially how their captives are treated. Everything Hamas did on October 7 (murder, rape, mutilation, kidnapping, arson, theft, etc.) was criminal and beholden to the laws of Israel. Hamas has hostages not POWs.

IDF Intelligence Unit 504 on Monday revealed several conversations with citizens of Gaza where residents accuse Hamas of stealing food from humanitarian deliveries, seizing homes of civilians to use for launching attacks against Israel, and even killing citizens who turned to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for help.

In one conversation, a Gaza resident told the Israeli intelligence officer that Hamas murdered his cousin when he reached out to UNRWA for help.

An extensive article was published in the Britain's Daily Mail about Israeli young women who are still held hostage by Hamas.

The entire frontpage features photos of the abducted young women Liri Albag, Karina Ariev, Daniela Gilboa and Agam Berger taken a few hours after their abduction and they look "a shadow of themselves," as defined by the newspaper.

Through the article in the popular British newspaper, the parents of the abducted young women appeal to mothers and fathers around the world to speak out while new details are emerging according to which some of the abducted women were raped at gunpoint or had their limbs cut off.
