T-Mobile Has Quietly Updated Their Terms of Service (TOS) to Include Fines for Third-Party Vendor Content They As Libtards Don’t Agree With
Beginning on January 1, 2024, T-Mobile will be fining third-part vendors who commit perceived violations on their bandwidth.
If traffic continues to receive Sev-0 violations, carriers maintain the right to suspend a brand and remove access to their platforms, and Bandwidth may block traffic.
What is a Sev-0 violation?
Sev-0 (Severity 0) represents the most harmful violation to consumers. Depending on the severity of the violation, carriers may decide to block an entire brand, which can lead to the suspension of all campaigns and phone numbers associated with it.
STEVE'S TAKE: T-Mobile pretends that just because this is only for third-party. vendors and not for individuals (AT LEAST NOT YET), that somehow this is legal.
The fact is, they say these fines apply to texts that discuss sex, "hate", alcohol, firearms, or tobacco under "certain circumstances", such as if the content violates federal law or is sent without an age verification system.
So, in other words they're telling you they're the arbiters of what is hate and what isn't. We know the left-wing commies and what they think is hate is not actually hate at all. So, they're fining third-party vendors and potentially booting them off their bandwidth for text messages related to "hate" and "firarms"?! Talk about violations of federal law! People have the right to keep in bear arms and to talk about it in text messages, and we get to talk about anything in messages even as third-party vendors. This is just another way of limiting people speech and infringing on their rights. It is obviously them setting up more of their totalitarian system to censor conservative speech. It's just done at the vendor level instead of the individual level FOR NOW!
This illegal, blatantly purposeful violation of the First Amendment should be causing more of an uproar and should trigger people to #BoycottTMobile NOW! Cancel your plans and switch carriers IMMEDIATELY!

In nine years, Kiev has transformed Marinka into a well-fortified stronghold, complete with underground passages and defenses against air and artillery shells.
Due to the terrain's characteristics, Ukrainian fighters could easily fire from Marinka into the Petrovskiy district of Donetsk.
The taking of the city depended on the reduction of shelling by the AFU in a large part of Donetsk.
The final point in the assault on the city was carried out by the soldiers of the 5th Brigade of the 1st Donetsk Army Corps, the 8th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Group of Forces, destroying the last of Ukrainian Armed Forces on the territory of this settlement.
Marinka was one of the strategically fortified areas for the AFU, due to its advantageous location.
Marinka is directly adjacent to Donetsk; in fact, they form a single territory with a conditional and blurred border.
