Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston have arrested a Brazilian immigrant who was previously convicted in connection to a 2015 Brazilian massacre.

Mohamad Barakat, 37, shot Officers Jake Wallin, Andrew Dotas, and Tyler Hawes from about 15 feet away before they could reach for their guns.
In addition to 1,800 rounds, multiple firearms, tactical gear, and a grenade, Barakat also had three canisters of gasoline and two propane tanks filled with Tannerite - a highly explosive material.
Authorities say Barakat, a Syrian asylum seeker who moved to the United States in 2012, was on his way to carry out an attack on the Downtown Fargo Street Fair attended by thousands.
