Scientists Create ‘Synthetic’ Human Embryos Without Eggs or Sperm

Researchers in the UK have managed to produce synthetic lab-grown human embryos from stem cells without the need of sperm or an egg, in a development hailed as a scientific milestone despite serious concerns over ethical implications.

Scientists with the University of Cambridge announced their findings at a yearly meeting of the International Society for Stem Cell Research in Boston Wednesday, with foremost researcher Prof. Magdalena Zernicka-Goetz declaring, “We can create human embryo-like models by the reprogramming of [embryonic stem] cells.”

Florida Cop Arrested, Relieved of Duty for 'Reckless Driving' of Marked Police Cruiser

A Florida city police officer was reportedly arrested and stripped of his duties after being pulled over by a county sheriff's deputy for alleged reckless driving.

Officer Alexander Shaouni was allegedly driving 80 mph in a 45 mph zone in a marked Orlando Police Department vehicle when he was pulled over by a deputy of the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, according to police dashcam footage.

Jack Teixeira Indicted By Federal Grand Jury, Allegedly Leaked Classified Documents

Teixeira, 21, of North Dighton, Massachusetts, was arrested in April and faces charges including retention and transmission of classified information related to national defense, including records of the Russia-Ukraine war.

Among the documents was information on military activities, including spy planes in the area, U.S. official’s opinion on Ukrainian forces’ training and readiness, as well as estimates on the number of troops killed and equipment destroyed on both sides.

Whether wrong or right for these leaks to have occurred, it seems to me the government's just mad that information was leaked that exposes all their false narratives on the Ukraine war. Another State Just Banned Transgender Athletes From Women's College Sports

On Thursday, GOP Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed a bill into law that would protect women’s sports at the collegiate level from biological male athletes who identify as transgender women.

The law, S.B. 15, known as the “Save Women’s Sports Act,” requires athletes at the college level to compete in sports that align with their biological sex instead of their “gender identity.” This legislation will go into effect in September and allows individuals to sue institutions that allow transgender athletes to compete on teams that align with their gender identity.

On June 13th, the #Biden administration @POTUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, #CFIUS) approved the controversial plan of #China's #Gotion High-Tech to build a large EV battery factory in #Michigan, on the basis that Gotion is not a "foreign entity of concern".
