Another Update on NYC Manhattan Holiday Inn Committing the Crime of Housing Illegals

Here is the letter I just wrote and sent to the NYPD police detective. I just threw this together so ignore the grammar not being pristine.

Hi Thomas,

Steve here. We spoke on the phone earlier today about the Holiday Inn Manhattan located in the Financial District at 99 Washington Street, New York, NY 10006 (phone number 212-791-2900) housing Illegal Immigrants.

You asked that I email you more information on the matter to get the ball rolling on reporting this as a crime and to provide you with laws they are breaking to help you build the case against them for doing this.

For starters, here is one article from the New York Post World’s tallest Holiday Inn could earn $93K daily to house NYC migrants.

This is an Unlawful Accumulation of Money
- Not only are they violating countless other laws (see below) but they are profiteering off of doing so in the process while using US Tax dollars to illegally do it.

Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. If these aren't properly vetted illegals, then these very well could be our enemies. We wouldn't know but if they were then this is a violation of our Constitution in that regard and worse, it's treason.

8 USC 1324: Bringing in and harboring certain aliens

Per Article I, Section 8, Clause 18, Illegals should be having proceedings to be deported not be housed illegally at U.S. Tax payers expense

According to the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act, immigrants who are unlawfully present in the U.S. for 180 days but under 365 days must remain outside the United States for three years unless pardoned. If they remain in the United States for 365 days or more, they must stay outside the United States for ten years unless they obtain a waiver. However, if they return to the U.S. without the pardon, they must wait 10 years until they may apply for a waiver. This program is said to start tomorrow if I am not mistaken (Monday) and go to April 2024 and even beyond potentially. So, how is that legal to house these people longer than 365 days or at all for that matter?

The Supreme Court has ruled to keeps Title 42 border expulsions. The Supreme Court will now hear arguments on whether it should allow the Republican-controlled states to defend Title 42's legality during its February 2023 session. In the meantime, the court agreed to suspend the lower court order which had invalidated the expulsion policy.

Please let me know what else you need if anything. I would think this would be more than enough to get an investigation/raid going in cooperation with ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement) who by the way i just called and left a tip with after speaking to you. I'm sure they knew already but I wanted to go through that process just to be sure it was documented.
