Woman Arrested for Praying Silently Outside Abortion Facility

A woman has been arrested in the United Kingdom because she was silenced praying outside of an abortion facility. 

The woman’s name was Isabel Vaughan-Spruce, she was standing outside of the BPAS Robert Clinic in Birmingham when she was confronted by police. They approached her and asked what she was doing. Vaughan-Spruce said she was praying silently in her mind.

And just like that, Police arrested her and charged her with four counts related to the violation of an “exclusion zone” around the facility.
