It's being reported that gunmen opened fire inside the hotel and started a fire. A Taliban police spokesman reports one fatality and one injury so far. The identities of the militants are ISIS fighters, but according to the Taliban police, their identities are currently unknown. In one of the above videos you can see people trying to locate more trapped people.
One of those killed in the collapse of the scaffolding in Givat Ze'ev is a life prisoner released in the Gilad Shalit prisoner exchange deal.
