TWO DEADLY EXPLOSIONS ROCK JERUSALEM

This was a horrific morning in Jerusalem. At least one person was killed and 20 others injured in two explosions at separate entrances to the city.

This was a coordinated double terror attack on innocent Israeli civilians waiting at bus stops.

Today's tragedy took the life of 16-year-old Aryeh Shechopek, a Canadian citizen who lived in Jerusalem. He was on his way to study in a nearby religious school when a bomb exploded.

The explosives were packed with nails to maximum injuries and deaths. A bus near one of the attacks was riddled with holes due to shrapnel. These attacks bring back horrific memories of the second intifada which destroyed so many Jewish lives.

More than ever, the Jewish people are under attack - both in Israel and around the world. Antisemitism is rising and spreading exponentially. There is no more fear and shame to chant: “Death to Israel, kill the Jews”. And there is no more fear to carry out deadly attacks.
