STEVE'S TAKE: Congress is made up of the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. As of right now, the way it looks is that the House is going to be taken by the Republicans but the Senate is still up in the air.

If there's a tie (50/50), then the Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris would become the President of the U.S. Senate and would have the tie breaking vote which would allow Democrats to win any simple majority votes that are held across partisan lines.

Let's pray that doesn't happen and somehow the Republicans take the majority in the Senate as well.
