Italy's latest exit poll shows Giorgia Meloni expected to become Italy's first female prime minister as right wing parties become a coalition.

Giorgia Meloni, who is projected to win the Italian election comfortably, speaking at the Spanish VOX party conference, in fluent Spanish too:
