A Delaware judge ruled Wednesday that a new vote-by-mail law enacted earlier this year is unconstitutional and that voting by mail cannot be used in the November election.
Vice Chancellor Nathan Cook ruled that the law, the result of legislation that Democrats rammed through the General Assembly in less than three weeks this past June, violates a provision in Delawareβs constitution that spells out the circumstances under which a person is allowed to cast an absentee ballot.

Martha's vineyard resident instantly complaining that they don't have the space nor services for the 50 migrants sent there from Texas.
A lot of people missed the point of this stunt, and it's the same the world over, those shouting "refugees welcome" and other virtue signals of the kind, all do so from their comfortable lives in quiet suburbia, knowing fine well that the immigrants will be placed in overcrowded cities where people are already suffering.
Yet this was a perfect example of their hypocrisy, they want you to take hundreds of thousands into your cramped cities, yet they can't even take 50?
