Why Do People Take Plea Deals If They Are Not Guilty of the Indicted Charges?

They do so because out of 100% of defendants that stand trial on Federal charges only 3% come out with a victory. For a J6 Defendant it will be more like .003% coming out with a none guilty verdict from an infested cease pool of liberals like the DC Swamp. If you go to trial and lose you also receive a harsher sentence, sometimes being the max.

There are two main purposes for this, both of which should be illegal.

The first reason is because Prosecutors use this as a major tool to scare and pressure people into pleading guilty so they can get a conviction without the trouble of a trial. This coercion works so well that thousands of innocent people plead guilty every year to crimes they didn't commit because they're terrified they'll lose at trial and spend years in prison. Keep in mind that much of the evidence they are told the government has against them is a blatant lie.

The second major reason the sentence is more harsh if you lose at trial is because they are basically punishing you for exercising your Constitutional Right to a fair trial because you used the court's time and money hearing your case. The whole plea system is a fraud like most of the “Justice” System in this country. Force their hand either way you go to trial the government and the jury are going to thinking you are guilty no matter what you say or what evidence you present. Take it to trial screw the governments scare tactics into their bogus plea. This will be won at the Appellate Court or even the Supreme Court. Stay strong and continue the fight.
