There are no other legitimate options for people to advertise with in the digital advertising market if you want to reach people reach people and they know it.

They tell you when they ban your products there's nothing they're going to do and 1/2 of the time they tell you they don't even know why your products that they don't allow you to submit for a manual appeal are getting banned or they ban them for the wrong reasons because they just don't want them to show in search results.
