The only reason the FBI would have a problem with a law abiding citizen supporting the the 2nd Amendment or any historical symbol of American freedom and independence is because like all criminals and tyrants, the FBI doesn't like accountability or resistance to their tyrannical criminal endeavors.
Criminals know that when law abiding citizens are armed, they are armed for very good reasons, and a couple reasons are that they like to live in peace and be protected from harm, and another reason is so that they can shoot and kill criminals that intend to make them victims of their criminal activity.
If it's true that this document came out of the FBI, then it an undeniable and undisputable fact that the FBI is a criminal terrorist organization that is against Americans freedoms and independence.
The American people should be alerted to this fact, the FBI should be dismantled, and the criminals in the FBI should be arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
