🚨 The Israeli Army has been put on high alert. The military personnel have been ordered not to go on leave under any circumstances.
An Israeli security official says the next 48 hours are crucial for escalation tensions on the Gaza border.
Israel’s Defense Minister Benny Gantz instructed the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to prepare for the possibility of widespread attacks against Islamic Jihad targets along the Gaza Strip, in response to the threat of an anti-tank missile attack on IDF soldiers and Israeli citizens, following which the roads were closed.
The security establishment fears that Hamas may join to escalate and launch rockets towards the center of the State of Israel.
An Israeli security official says the next 48 hours are crucial for escalation tensions on the Gaza border.
