Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said that he had given written guarantees to his American counterpart that the HIMARS MLRS would not be used to strike on Russian territory.

At the same time, according to unconfirmed reports, the Armed Forces of Ukraine transferred one of the mobile launchers to the territory of the Sumy region bordering the Russian Federation.

A Russian military expert says he is convinced that British and American soldiers are engaged on the ground in Ukraine.

"I'm 250% sure the Americans and the British are firing on the American HIMARS rocket launchers" in Ukraine, says Russian reserve captain Vladimir Yeranosyan.
