White House Says 6-Month Old Babies Could Begin Receiving Triple-Dose COVID-19 mRNA Injections by June 21

🇺🇸💉👶@COVID19Up: The White House said Thursday (June 2) that COVID-19 vaccinations for children as young as 6 months old could begin as soon as June 21, if the FDA authorizes the injections for "emergency use."

“We expect vaccinations will begin in earnest as early as Tuesday, June 21, and really roll on throughout that week,” White House COVID-19 response coordinator Ashish Jha told reporters.

An FDA advisory committee is scheduled to meet on June 14 and 15 to consider the applications from Pfizer and Moderna, and Jha said a decision on authorization is expected “soon thereafter.”

The CDC would then also have to sign off.

At precisely 8:20 AM on June 7, 1944, my Grandfather Fernando Baldassari's ship the U.S.S. Susan B. Anthony (AP-72) was sunk off the coast of Normandy, France by a mine while cruising through a swept channel with all 2,689 people aboard being saved.

If it weren't for them being saved, I wouldn't be here today.

My grandfather also served in the invasions of Sicily, North Africa, and the Philippine Islands.

My father Paul Baldassari had this to say about it, "My Dad Fernando Baldassari from Boston, MA. was on the Susan B. He was on the anti-aircraft guns. Later he participated in the invasion of the Philippine Islands on the U.S.S. Estes after the Susan B. went down.

He was always very proud of his service in WWII. He passed away on 1/11/2005. He raised 9 of us 7 boys and 2 girls. I am a Vietnam Veteran and also my brother, my older brother is a Korean War Veteran, and another brother was in the National guard for 6 yrs. I miss him and his stories. God Bless you Daddio!"
