89 yo F. Was found the day after booster on the floor at skilled nursing facility with heart rate of 142. Patient was transferred to hospital and went into cardiac arrest and died. 1833052

27 yo M. 2d after dose2, stated he was not feeling well throughout his body, “not like anything he had ever experienced before.” The following day he was found unresponsive in a train. He was hospitalized and died 4 days later. Labs showed signs of acute liver damage and acute heart failure. 1833098

78 yo F. 2w after dose2 developed chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), autoimmune hemolytic anemia, and autoimmune hepatitis. She died from this 5 months later. 1841277
