Following a new wave of airstrikes, the IDF issued an evacuation order for the entire city of Tyre, southern Lebanon, including the Christian quarter and the surrounding refugee camps.

A Russian Su-35 flying near Rylsk, Kursk Oblast, just attempted to shoot down a Ukrainian F-16 near Buryn, Sumy Oblast, with an R-37/77 air-to-air missile.

⚡️🇮🇱🇵🇸 The IDF says it struck Hamas’ Naval Police headquarters in Khan Younis, which it says was used by Hamas’ military wing to plan and carry out attacks. Israel said several militants were killed in the strike, including a Hamas cell commander.

The IDF also said it destroyed three weapons storage facilities in southern Gaza and struck militants allegedly attempting to remove weapons from the sites after advance warnings were issued to the local population:

Earlier this week (Sunday), the IDF struck the main headquarters of Hamas’ Naval Police in the Khan Yunis area. The facility was used to advance and execute attacks against IDF troops and the State of Israel. Several terrorists operating from the site were eliminated, including Ismail al-Lahham, a cell commander in Hamas’ military wing.

The Hamas Naval Police in the Gaza Strip operates alongside and under the authority of the terrorist organization’s military wing. It is involved in planning, directing, and executing terrorist activities against IDF troops and the State of Israel. The headquarters that was targeted was being used for Hamas’ efforts to rebuild and reconstitute its capabilities, in violation of the ceasefire agreement, including the restoration of the terrorist organization’s military infrastructure while exploiting facilities presented as civilian in nature.

In addition, during the past week, the IDF struck and dismantled three Hamas weapons storage facilities in the southern Gaza Strip that were intended for use in attacks against IDF troops operating in the area.

Prior to the strike on the facilities, and following advance warnings issued to the local population, the IDF identified several Hamas military wing operatives attempting to remove the weapons stored inside the facilities using vehicles. Following the identification, the IDF struck both the terrorists and the weapons. Following the strikes, secondary explosions were observed, confirming the presence of weapons inside the targeted facilities.

Prior to the strikes, steps were taken to mitigate harm to civilians, including the issuing of advance warnings to the population, the use of precise munitions, and aerial surveillance.

⚡️🇮🇱🇮🇷 Satellite imagery of the Ramat David Airbase in northern Israel from yesterday appears to show a dark mark that could indicate damage sustained during Iran's missile attack the previous day.

Note: The extent of any damage remains unclear at this stage, due to the image quality and restrictions affecting satellite imagery of IDF bases.

IRGC-affiliated outlet Tasnim announces the death of two Iranian air defence personnel killed in yesterday's Israeli airstrikes on Iran.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence reports that for the first time ever, Russia has begun equipping their Kalibr cruise missiles with cluster munitions.

According to them, during a Russian missile attack in Spring 2026, a shot down Kalibr missile was found equipped with a cluster warhead. Previously, these missiles were only equipped with high-explosive fragmentation warheads.

"Russian sources report that Ukraine has made several landings on Crimea and that Moscow is about to fall".

Israeli media report an unusual incident, where a Hezbollah fighter was able to infiltrate up to the Israeli border and open fire on IDF soldiers.

According to them, the militant was killed, while Israeli forces suffered no casualties.

Update: the lone Hezbollah fighter was actually able to cross over the Israel-Lebanon border and reach the town of Margaliot, where he opened fire on an IDF patrol.

All residents of Misgav Am, Margaliot, and Manara have been ordered to remain indoors amid rumours of possible additional infiltrations. Additionally, two roads in the area have been closed.

IDF helicopters and drones are reported along the Israel-Lebanon border right now.

IDF Spokesperson:

"A short while ago, an initial report was received about gunfire directed at IDF forces operating in the Ramas Ridge area. The forces returned fire and neutralized a terrorist in the area, with no casualties among our forces. The incident is still ongoing.

IDF forces continue searching, in addition to Air Force aircraft that were deployed to the area.

The IDF is in ongoing contact with local authorities"

Situational update from the Kostyantynivka direciton - 9/6/2026 (PART ONE):

Over the last few days, the situation in Kostyantynivka has become clearer, and it is clearly not in favour of Ukraine. In my opinion, Ukrainian forces have begun a phased withdrawal from the main part of the city to the outer northwestern suburbs due to the threat of encirclement from the immediate flanks. Some Ukrainian soldiers have already found themselves in operational, or possibly even full encirclements in parts of the city.

1. In the western part of Kostyantynivka, Russian forces were able to cross over the gulley from Illinivka and gain a small foothold in the private sector of the Chervone District, which they quickly expanded to include the entirety of the district and the apartment blocks of the neighbouring Belgiiskyi and Suputnyk Districts.

From here, small groups of Russian infiltrators are able to accumulate and spread outwards, deeper into the city, entering the Mykolaivskyi and Nahalivka Districts, and crossing the Kryvyi Torets River into the former chemical plant in the heart of the city. Battles with Ukrainian special forces who were urgently deployed to hold the crucial supply artery of Lomonosova Street are now underway. Ukrainian aviation has also begun bombing these Russian accumulation points with glide-bombs.

Additionally, Russian forces managed to capture several blocks of high-rise buildings southwest of the city centre, which they are using to infiltrate the city centre and Suputnyk Districts. Furthermore, they were able to consolidate in the northern part of Illinivka and are conducting clearing operations in the remaining eastern streets of the village.

2. In the southwestern part of Kostyantynivka, Russian forces recaptured positions in the greenhouse complex between Illinivka and Kostyantynivka, which they are now moving through to reach the private sector of the Berestoviy District. As a result, they were able to capture the western part of the Berestoviy District and the southern part of the Pivdenny high-rise District. Russian forces are now using these positions to accumulate for deep infiltrations northeast along both banks of the ponds towards the high-rises of the Zinkovy District and the private sector of the Ukrayinsky Khutir District. Because of these advances, Ukrainian forces entrenched in the Ukrayinsky Khutir District and the western high-rise blocks of the city have found themselves in two separate operational encirclements.

3. In the southern part of Kostyantynivka, Russian forces advancing from Berestok managed to consolidate at the waste dumps, which they are using to infiltrate north to the industrial zone, where fierce battles are now taking place. Other infiltrations from the highway are taking place to the southern part of the Ukrayinsky Khutir District, attacking the eastern flank of the Ukrainian garrison stationed there.

4. In the eastern part of Kostyantynivka, battles continue, with Russian forces trying to recapture the city's railway station and the private sector of the Shanghai District. Ukrainian defences are the strongest in this part of the city, with Russian forces appearing unable to breach them so far.

Situational update from the Kostyantynivka direciton - 9/6/2026 (PART TWO):

5. In the northeastern part of Kostyantynivka, Russian forces managed to clear the rest of Novodmytrivka and consolidate in the forest west of the village. They are now using this forest to accumulate additional forces to massively infiltrate the so-called "Historical Centre" of the city, where isolated instances of evacuations of civilians by Russian soldiers have already been recorded. Ukrainian forces have barricaded themselves in several blocks of high-rises in the historical centre, and are engaged in fierce battles with Russian forces.

At the same time, Russian forces continue to infiltrate the private sector of the Hora District and are attempting to clear some Ukrainian strongpoints near the exit of the city near Chekhova Street. Additionally, Russian forces continue to infiltrate Molocharka from Novodmytrivka and are attempting to capture Ukrainian positions north of the village.

6. In the southwestern part of Chasiv Yar, Russian forces continue their intensified assault operations in coordination with the offensive on Kostyantynivka. They were able to recapture some positions in the Levanevskoho District and are engaged in battles for Mine No. 2. Other forces managed recapture part of the forest southwest of the city centre following heavy artillery and MLRS bombardment, and are attacking Ukrainian positions in the nearby Shevchenko District.

7. West of Chasiv Yar, Russian forces began assault operations on Ukrainian strongpoints in the forests south of the Zakhidnyi District of Chasiv Yar, with no confirmed advances yet. Other assault groups continued attacking Ukrainian positions north of Mykolaivka and Podilske following earlier failed assaults. One small group of Russian soldiers managed to infiltrate the village of Stinky from the northeast, but was killed. The goal of these Russian attacks appears to be a coordinated attempt with the attacks from Molocharka to link up and force the Ukrainians to withdraw from the remaining parts of Chasiv Yar and the villages west of the city.
