The autonomic nervous system is divided into the sympathetic nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system.

To all graduating class students and our previous graduates,
This is to let you know that the FMoH has modified the procedure to take licensing exam. From now onwards, Africa Medical College will not send list of examinees to the FMoH for the exam. The procedure you should follow is summarized as follows (See attached file for details).
1.Take your temporary degree/original degree and student copy from the registrar office of Africa Medical College
2.Authenticate both files from both Africa Medical College and HERQA
3.Register online for the licensing exam (FMoH website)

የመተንፈስ እንቅስቃሴ (Breathing Exercise) ስለሚባል ነገር ሰምተው ያውቃሉ?

👉 የመተንፈስ እንቅስቃሴ (Breathing Exercise) ወደውስጥ አየር በደንብ እየወሰዱ ወደ ውጪ በመተንፈስ ወደአእምሮ የመረጋጋት እና ዘና የማለት መልዕክት እንዲላክ በማድረግ ሰውነትን ዘና እንዲል ያደርጋል::

👉 የመተንፈስ እንቅስቃሴዎች አእምሮን ለጊዜው የሚያስጨንቁት ነገሮች ላይ ትኩረትን ማረግን ትቶ ትኩረቱን በአተነፋፈስ ስርአት ላይ እንዲሆን በማድረግ ጭንቀትን እንደሚቀንስ ይታመናል::

👉 በርካታ የመተንፈስ እንቅስቃሴ አይነቶች ያሉ ሲሆን ከእነዚህ መሀል ስለ አንድ ቀለል ስላለ 4-7-8 የአተነፋፈስ ዘዴ (4-7-8 Breathing technique) ስለተሰኘ እንቅስቃሴ እንንገራችሁ :: ይህ 4-7-8 የአተነፋፈስ ዘዴ (4-7-8 Breathing technique) በሌላ ስሙ ዘና የሚያደርግ ትንፋሽ ( Relaxing Breath) በመባል ይታወቃል:: ይህ እንቅስቃሴ ጭንቀትን ለመቀነስ አልያም እንቅልፍ እንቢ ላላቸው ሰዎች እንዲተኙ ለማገዝ በጤና ባለሞያዎች ይመከራል ::

👉 ይህን እንቅስቃሴ አንድ ቀን አርጎ ከመተው ይልቅ በየቀኑ መስራት የበለጠ ጠቃሚ እንደሆነ የአእምሮ ጤና ባለሙያዎች ይናገራሉ::

እስቲ ይህን እንቅስቃሴ ከእኛ ጋር ይስሩ:-

✔️ ይህን እንቅስቃሴ በጀርባ ተኝቶ አልያም ቁጭ ብሎ መስራት ይቻላል::

Step 1 :- ለመጀመር አንድ እጅዎን በሆድዎ ላይ ሌላኛውን ደግሞ በደረትዎ ላይ ያኑሩ::

Step 2:- የምላሶትን ጫፍ በላይኛው ፊት ባለው ጥርስዎ ጀርባ ያድርጉ

Step 3 :- አሁን በዝግታ በአፍንጫዎ በኩል አየር በደንብ ይውሰዱ :: አየሩን እየወሰዱ በውስጥዎ ከአንድ እስከ አራት ይቁጠሩ

Step 4 :- ከዛ አየሩን ይዘው በውስጥዎ ከ1 እስከ 7 ይቁጠሩ

Step 5 :- ከዛ በውስጥዎ ከ1 እስከ 8 እየቆጠሩ ማውጣት የሚችሉትን አየር ሁሉ ወደውጪ በደንብ ያስወጡ::

✔️ይህንን እንቅስቃሴ በአንድ ዙር የመረጋጋት ስሜት እስከሚሰማዎ በተከታታይ እስከ ከአራት ጊዜ ያህል ይስሩ::

✔️ ለጀማሪዎች ይህንን እንቅስቃሴ በአንድ ዙር በተከታታይ ከአራት ጊዜ በላይ እንዲሰሩ አይመከርም::

✔️ በቀን ውስጥ የዚህን እንቅስቃሴ 2 ዙር ይስሩ በተጨማሪም በመሀል ፈታ ማለት ካስፈለግዎ እስከ 2 ዙሮችን መጨመር ይችላሉ::

ከከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት በህክምና፣ ነርሲንግ፣ ሜዲካል ላብራቶሪ ሳይንስ፣ ጤና መኮንን፣ ሚድዋይፈሪ፣ ፋርማሲ፣ አንስቴዥያ፣ ዴንታል ሜድስን እና ሜዲካል ራዲዮሎጂ ቴክኖሎጂ ሙያዎች በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ተመርቃችሁ ቅድመ ሙያ ፍቃድ የብቃት ምዘና ፈተና ለመውሰድ በመጠባበቅ ላይ የምትገኙ ጤና ባለሙያዎች በህዳር/2014 ዓ.ም ለሚሰጠው ፈተና ምዝገባ ከጥቅምት 05-20/2014 ዓ.ም የሚካሄድ ስለሆነ አዲስም ሆነ ዳግም ተመዛኞች በኦንላይን hple.moh.gov.et ላይ በመግባት የተቀመጠውን መመሪያ (Instruction) በጥንቃቄ በማንበብ ምዝገባችሁን እንድታከናውኑ እያሳሰብን የኦንላይን ምዝገባው እስከ ጥቅምት 20/2014 ዓ.ም ብቻ የሚቆይና ከተጠቀሰው ቀን በኋላ ምንም አይነት የምዝገባ ጥያቄ የማንቀበል መሆኑን አውቃችሁ በተጠቀሱት ቀናት እንድትመዘገቡና ሲስተሙ የሚሰጣችሁን የፈተና መለያ ቁጥር (Registration No) የያዘ ፎርም Print አድርጋችሁ በመያዝ ስትመዘገቡ በመረጣችሁት የፈተና ጣቢያ በፈተናው ወቅት እንድትገኙ እናሳስባለን፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፦ ምዝገባው ለአዲስም ሆነ ነባር ተመዛኞች፣ ለመንግስትም ሆነ የግል ተቋም ተመራቂዎች ሙሉ ለሙሉ online የሚካሄድ በመሆኑ ተመዛኞች ይህንን አውቃችሁ በመመሪያው መሰረት የትምህርት ማስረጃችሁን (ዲግሪ) በማያያዝ (Upload በማድረግ) እንድትመዘገቡ እያሳሰብን፣ የግል የትምህርት ተቋማት ተመዛኞች ለፈተናው ለመመዝገብ የትምህርት ማስረጃዎቻችሁን ህጋዊነት እና ትክክለኛነት በከፍተኛ ትምህርት አግባብነትና ጥራት ኤጄንሲ (HERQA) በኩል ማረጋገጥ (Authenticate ማስደረግ) እንዲሁም ስማችሁ ከHERQA ወደ ጤና ሚኒስቴር እንዲተላለፍ ማድረግ የሚጠበቅባችሁ መሆኑን እናሳስባለን፡፡
