Most "Global" AI models are actually just American models in disguise.
They are trained on US data formats and then loosely translated.
But a model trained on a US Social Security Number will completely break when it encounters a UK National Insurance number or an Indian AADHAR ID.
The language is the same. The logic is completely different.
We recently fixed this for a Fortune 10 cloud leader expanding across 7 markets.
The "Localization is Logic" Framework:
๐๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: We didn't just localize the words; we validated the specific character rules for IDs in the UK, India, and Canada.
๐๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ด๐ผ๐ฟ: The data wasn't just text; it was delivered in strict JSON formats compatible with Amazonโs Ace Editor.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ: We delivered 1,790 documents (537,000 tokens) that met 98%+ accuracy for local compliance.
Translation is easy.
Localization is engineering.
