The Prophet ﷺ said: "When a man goes out of his house to his Masjid, one foot records a good deed and the other erases a bad deed."

The Prophet ﷺ said:

"Love the one you love moderately, because you may hate them someday.

And hate the one you hate moderately, because you may love them someday."

‎● {جامع الترمذي ١٩٩٧}

The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever controls his anger when he is able to act upon it, Allāh will call him to come in front of all the Creation to let him choose from the Hoor al-'Ayn and marry from them whom he pleases."

Allāh's Messenger ﷺ said: "My Ummah will have no punishment in the next world, but it's punishment in this world will be trials, earthquakes and being killed."

Virtue Of Knowledge

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “The virtue of knowledge is more beloved to me than the virtue of worship, and the best of your religion is al-Wara’.”

Ibn Taymiyyah Raḥimahullāh: “al-Wara’ is to leave whatever will harm you in the Hereafter.”

Virtue Of Knowledge

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “The virtue of knowledge is more beloved to me than the virtue of worship, and the best of your religion is al-Wara’.”

The Prophet ﷺ was asked:
"Which woman is best?"

The Prophet ﷺ replied:
"When you look at her, you feel happiness."

On the authority of Ai'sha رضي الله عنها:

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

‎عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : ما من ساعة تمر بابن آدم لم يذكر الله فيها إلا حسر عليها يوم القيامة

"There is never a time that the children of Ādam pass without remembering Allah in it except that it would be regretted on the day of Standing."

Fear Allāh But Hope Good From Him.

دخل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على شاب و هو في الموت ، فقال : كيف تجدك ؟ قال : أرجو الله يا رسول الله و أخاف ذنوبي ، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : لا يجتمعان ( يعني الخوف و الرجاء ) في قلب عبد في مثل هذا الموطن ( يعني الاحتضار ) إلا أعطاه الله الذي يرجو و أمنه من الذي يخاف.

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ enetered upon a young man in the throes of death and asked him: “How do you feel?”

The man said: “I hope (good) from Allāh O Prophet and I fear for my sins.”

So the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “These two (fear and hope) do not combine in a slave’s heart during the likes of this point (meaning the last struggle at death) except Allāh will give him that which he hopes for and will save him from that which he fears.”

Glad Tiding

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Glad tiding for the one whose life is long and his deeds are excellent…”

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : طوبى لمن طال عمره وحسن عمله.

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Verily, you will never leave anything for the sake of Allāh the Exalted except that Allāh will replace it with something better.”

● [مسند أحمد ٢٢٥٦٥، خلاصة حكم المحدث الألباني: إسناده صحيح]

‎قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : اثنتان يكرههما ابن آدم ، يكره الموت و الموت خير للمؤمن من الفتنة و يكره قلة المال و قلة المال أقل للحساب

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said:

“Two things are hated by son of Ādam, he hates death while death is better for believer than trial (Fitnah) and he hates little wealth while little wealth has less accountability.”

Prophet ﷺ said: "The most beloved deed to Allaah is to make a Muslim happy."

● {Mu‘jam al-Awṣāt by Imām Ṭabarānī (6119)}

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “The Qur’ān is an intercessor entitled with intercession (for its reciters) and it is an entrusted disputer (against those who neglect it), whoever places it in front of him, it will lead him to Paradise and whoever puts it behind him, it will lead him to the Hellfire.”

So aim to make it part of your daily routine. InshaAllah we will see how good it feels to make the Qur'ān a priority.

Remember it will only take a short time from your day but the rewards you will gain in this life and the next will be unimaginable.

Every minute will be well worth it and well spent. It can only bring good to this life and the next إن شاء الله.

You no longer need to make excuses to yourself or feel guilty about not reading the Qur'an regularly.

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Human wives will have more virtue than the Ḥoor al-‘Ayn because they worshipped Allāh…”

‎● [الترغيب و الترهيب ٤\٥٣٤]

Prophet ﷺ said: “The most loved food to Allāh is that which is touched by many hands (shared).”

● [صحيح الترغيب و الترهيب ٢١٣٣]

Prophet ﷺ said: "Knowledge is only attained through seeking it!"

● [سلسلة اﻷحاديث الصحيحة ٣٤٢]

Best Deed

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : خير العمل أن تفارق الدنيا و لسانك رطب من ذكر الله.

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “The best deed is that you depart from world while your tongue is moistened with Remembrance (Dhikr) of Allāh.”

The Prophet ﷺ said: “A man who is known for his good manners has the same status as someone who prays all night.”

Prophet ﷺ said,

Fasting in winter is an easily earned reward.

[Tirmidhi 797]

Prophet ﷺ said: "Beware of minor sins. For they add on until they destroy the man.
