Prophet ﷺ said: "You shall be saved as long as you are silent, for if you speak, it will either be in your favour or stand against you."

Prophet ﷺ said: "Most of your sins are because of your tongues."

Prophet ﷺ said:

Three things can save a person:

١. Fear of Allāh in private and in public.
٢. Fairness in happiness and in anger.
٣. Generosity in both poverty and in wealth.

And three things can destiny a person:

١. Desires that are followed.
٢. Greed that is obeyed.
٣. A person being amazed and pleased with themselves.

Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever recited the Qur'ān, studied if, and acted according to what it contains; on the Day of Judgment his parents will be dressed with a crown of light, it's brightness is like that of the sun, and his parents will be adorned with two bracelets, of which the whole world is not equivalent to them."

So they will ask: "Why are we being adorned with these?"

It will be said: "This is because of your child reciting, teaching and acting upon the Qur'ān."

Prophet ﷺ said: "The way to block the eyes of the Jinn from seeing the private parts of the children of Adam is for one to say "Bismillāh" when he takes off his clothes."

Seek Much Forgiveness

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : طوبى لمن وجد فى صحيفته استغفارا كثيرا.

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Glad tidings for the one who finds much (seeking of) forgiveness in his record (book of deeds).”

● [سنن ابن ماجه ٣٨١٨ ، وصححه الألباني]

Prophet ﷺ said: "Every intoxicant is harām and whoever drinks an intoxicating drink will be made to drink the mud of khabāl (the secretions of the people of Hell)."

● {معجم الكبير للطبراني ٥٣٤٦}

Allāh's Messenger ﷺ said:
"A man will be brought on the Day of Resurrection and will be cast into Hell: his intestines will pour forth and he will go round them as a donkey goes round a millstone."

The inmates of Hell will gather round him and say: "What has happened to you, O so-and-so? Were you not enjoining us to do good and forbidding us to evil?"

He will reply: "I was enjoying you to do good, but was not doing it myself; and I was forbidding you to do evil, but was doing it my self."

Prophet ﷺ said: "No believer turns his face to Allāh and ask him for something except that He gives it to him, either by giving it to him sooner in this world or storing it up for him in the Next World."

𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀

Prophet ﷺ said,

Whoever seeks forgiveness for the believing men and women, Allah writes for him a good deed for each believer.

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمَاتِ ، وَالْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ، الأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَالأَمْوَاتِ

𝘠𝘢 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘢𝘩, 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘪𝘮 𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘪𝘮 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯, 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯, 𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘥.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying:

‏"‏الأَرْوَاحُ جُنُودٌ مُجَنَّدَةٌ فَمَا تَعَارَفَ مِنْهَا ائْتَلَفَ وَمَا تَنَاكَرَ مِنْهَا اخْتَلَفَ"‏.‏
Souls are like conscripted soldiers. Those who recognize each other (have afinity/similar qualities) will come together and those amongst them who don't, will differ.

Sahih al-Bukhari 1314
Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, When the funeral is ready and the men carry it on their shoulders, if the deceased was righteous it will say, 'Present me (hurriedly),' and if he was not righteous, it will say, 'Woe to it (me)! Where are they taking it (me)?' Its voice is heard by everything except man and if he heard it he would fall unconscious."

Sahih al-Bukhari 6535

Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The believers, after being saved from the (Hell) Fire, will be stopped at a bridge between Paradise and Hell and mutual retaliation will be established among them regarding wrongs they have committed in the world against one another. After they are cleansed and purified (through the retaliation), they will be admitted into Paradise; and by Him in Whose Hand Muhammad's soul is, everyone of them will know his dwelling in Paradise better than he knew his dwelling in this world."

Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas reported: I said,


“O Messenger of Allah, which people are tested most severely?” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “They are the prophets, then the next best, then the next best. A man is put to trial according to his religion. If he is firm in his religion, his trials will be more severe. If he is weak in his religion, he is put to trial according to his strength in religion. The servant will continue to be put to trial until he is left walking upon the earth without any sin.”

When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things,

1: A righteous child who will pray for him

2: Knowledge from which others may benefit after him

3: Ongoing charity

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه reported that Nabi ﷺ said:

“A man’s rank will be raised (in the Hereafter). He will say, ‘What is this?’ The response will be given, ‘This is due to your child seeking forgiveness for you.'”

(Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12207)

The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever controls his anger when he is able to act upon it, Allāh will call him to come in front of all the Creation to let him choose from the Hoor al-'Ayn and marry from them whom he pleases."

‎● [صحيح الجامع ٦٥١٨]

The Prophet ﷺ said:

"Love the one you love moderately, because you may hate them someday.

And hate the one you hate moderately, because you may love them someday."

‎● {جامع الترمذي ١٩٩٧}

The Prophet ﷺ said: "Allāh smiles at the despair of His servants as He will soon change it."

A man asked: "Does our Lord laugh?"

The Prophet ﷺ said yes.

The man said: "We will never be deprived of food from a Lord who laughs."

‎● {سنن ابن ماجة ١٨٦}
