"Sexualized violence, pornographic content with minors and the accusation of abusive content distribution on the net - Pornhub has been wrestling with scandals for months. But who is behind the controversial website? The trail leads to an Upper Austrian.

Pornhub has long been one of the best-known brands in the porn business. According to its own data, around 130 million people visit the website. Per day. At the beginning of the pandemic, the platform was still attracting attention with clever PR campaigns - for example, free subscriptions were given away for the first Corona lockdown. After the report of the New York Times, however, light shines on the dark side of the website. The public outcry is great. Credit card companies and payment providers put business relationships on hold.
Pornhub reacts and deletes millions of videos from so-called "unverified users" in December 2020; they put in place new security measures and vow to do better, especially when it comes to moderating content. But something had been stirring.
So too in Canada, where the ethics committee is starting its work. There's a reason that MPs there in particular are taking up the issue: the company behind Pornhub is based in Montreal - or is it? This is where it gets complicated.

Because according to its website, Pornhub is run by a company in Cyprus, which in turn is part of a pornography conglomerate with more than 100 websites, production companies and brands: Redtube, Youporn, Xtube, Spankwire, Extremetube, Men.com, My Dirty Hobby, Thumbzilla, PornMD, Brazzers, Gaytube and many more. And behind all of them is a corporation that values discretion: Mindgeek.
Thus, the word porn does not even appear on the Mindgeek website. It sees itself as a leading IT company with expertise in big data and search engine marketing. Who is behind the company has remained a well-kept secret until now. "Due to Mindgeek's structure, it is currently unclear whether the company is fully Canadian or not," an investigator from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police states on the record at the committee.
Opacity as a business model
But how can this be? This is one of the most popular websites in the world, and no one knows who is actually behind it and profiting from the business? It's inconceivable that you wouldn't know who owns Facebook or Amazon, or that you'd never heard of Mark Zuckerberg or Jeff Bezos. This is made possible by a widespread corporate network behind Mindgeek that reaches across continents and into tax havens.
Serena Fleites' attorney, Michael Bowe, who is also a witness on the committee, describes the corporate structure behind Mindgeek this way: "If you were teaching tax evasion, money laundering, and shielding, this is something you would teach." But the company network serves more than the obvious purpose of saving taxes.
It was set up to make it harder to figure out where and who to hold accountable, Fleites' attorney says. For more than a year, the Manhattan law firm Brown Rudnick, where Bowe is a partner, has been researching Pornhub and Mindgeek. By his own account, Bowe has come across hundreds of cases like that of Serena Fleites: Video footage of minors, rapes, victims of human trafficking.
Pornhub allowed all this to happen, says Bowe, referring to the site's business model. The video portal feeds on videos uploaded by users, which - except for the premium section - can be accessed for free. Pornhub and its competitors earn money with advertising clips before the videos, via commissions when paid subscriptions are taken out, or through banner advertising. The Pornhub engine runs on clicks and search engine optimization - while controlling the content costs time.
Ultimately, it costs money, but who?

Now, for the first time, Mindgeek's CEOs had to answer questions in Canada's parliament under a duty of truth: David Marmorstein Tassillo and Feras Antoon. They have been with the company since 2008 and are not only responsible for the operational business, but were also previously regarded as Mindgeek's owners.

However, at their hearing on Feb. 5, 2021, they named a man who is said to own a majority stake in Mindgeek.

"His name is Bernard Bergemar, and he owns more than 50 percent. He is a passive investor and is not involved in the day-to-day operations," CEO Antoon said, according to the minutes. So Bernard Bergemar - the secret Pornhub owner? If you listen closely - and speak German - you'll hear a different name: Bernd Bergmair.“ (1/2)

Ghost. A Google search yielded only three hits until recently. His name, but in a different spelling, Bernard Bergemar, was first reported by the Financial Times in December 2020. But there was nothing more than the name.
Now Mindgeek CEO and minority owner Feras Antoon, of all people, provided new clues - and the researchers of the British medium Tortoise Media set out to find him. From North America, they finally followed Bergmair's trail to his residence in London - and to Austria. This is where DOSSIER came in: We helped Tortoise put together key puzzle pieces to confirm Bergmair's identity.
Porn king overseas, big farmer at home
Bergmair's tracks lead to Ansfelden, a small town in Linz's suburbs that is dominated by retail parks. Few people here know his name, and the number of those who want to talk about him is even smaller. People say he is a rich businessman who moves between Hong Kong, Brazil and London and is rarely at home. Bergmair is an investment banker, formerly with Goldman Sachs, and he studied in America. But how exactly does he earn his money? No one really knows. When we mention Bergmair's porn empire, the people of Ansfeld react clueless and surprised.
Bergmair, born in 1968, grew up at a time when the municipality of Ansfelden had not yet been elevated to the status of a town. Instead of Ikea and shopping malls, there were fields, fields and more fields. Bergmair attended grammar school in Linz, which was quite unusual for a farmer's boy, and completed the fourth grade with excellent results. He then moved on to agricultural college. Even as a youngster, DOSSIER is told by old acquaintances, Bergmair enjoyed driving a tractor, supplementing his pocket money by harvesting crops.
Today Bergmair is 52 years old, has a degree from the Chicago Business School in his pocket and, according to research by Tortoise and DOSSIER, is the owner of a porn empire. In high summer, he still comes to thresh wheat, driving the machines himself, wearing jeans and a white shirt, we learn in Ansfelden.
Bergmair's path from the son of a farmer in Ansfelden to the owner of one of the world's largest porn empires is not easy to trace, and certainly not without gaps. Even at a young age, Bergmair probably worked for the management consultants at McKinsey, and he became a partner at the investment firm Goldman Sachs in New York City. After that, he lost his way.
Stations in Frankfurt, Hong Kong and London are confirmed by people who know him, but what exactly he does there remains uncertain. In 2006, he launches Redtube.com, a website with free porn videos that reaches millions of people in a very short time. The company is based in Vienna and is looking for fresh money - which comes from Bergmair. This is where his involvement in the porn industry manifests itself for the first time.
In a 2011 lawsuit brought by a competitor, Bergmair is incorrectly referred to as "Bernard Bergemar" even then and named as the "executive officer" of Redtube's parent company. In 2013, Bergmair sold his shares to Manwin, a group now called Mindgeek. How it came to be that he is now the clandestine majority owner of Mindgeek must remain an open question."

Indictment: PORNHUB linked to JEFFREY EPSTEIN

In the current indictment against 'Mindgeek' - the company behind the website Pornhub - heavy guns are brought out:

The indictment describes harrowing incidents:

"Beginning at age seven and continuing for more than 21 years, Jane Doe No. 1 was raped, trafficked, and exploited by a ring of Hollywood men and New York financiers, including Jeffrey Epstein. These interactions were frequently recorded and widely and continuously disseminated on Pornhub at least since 2007.
271.The first recording was made in a Maryland garage in 2001 to 2002, when Jane Doe No. 1 was ten years old. The following year, Jane Doe #1 was "sold" to another trafficker in New York. She was trafficked by this man and his organization in various states along the East Coast and forced to provide escort services and make pornographic videos and livestreams. The videos were produced in various camps.
272 In 2004, Jane Doe No. 1 was brought to Florida, where she was introduced to Jeffrey Epstein and other men. Jane Doe No. 1 was instructed to give Epstein "massages," which, according to the New York Times, was a well-known code word for sex in Epstein's inner circles. She was taken to Epstein's estate in New York, Palm Beach, Florida, and his private island of Little St. James in the U.S. Virgin Islands, which she visited several times. This continued throughout her middle school and high school years and ended just before she started college.
273. Jane Doe #1 knows of at least seven explicit videos of her on Pornhub between 2011 and 2016, as well as at least one recording from a livestream. The videos were filmed in warehouses in multiple locations in California. The seven videos were uploaded to Pornhub multiple times. In some cases, traffickers forced Jane Doe No. 1 to re-upload old videos of herself, as a form of punishment."

How A Centuries Old Crime ACTUALLY Starts (And Never Ends)

Our main character is a man named Marc Dutroux.



He was born in Belgium in 1956.

He was twice convicted of kidnapping and raping underage children.

The first time was in 1989.

The second time occurred in 1996.

That was not a typo – you read that correctly.

He was convicted and served a (much too brief) sentence in 1998.

He served only 3 and a half years of his 13 year sentence because he was released for good behavior.

Less than 10 years later, he was arrested again on the same charges (different victims).

In the second round of charges, he was convicted of kidnapping, torturing and abusing victims, some of them to the point of death.

What I am about to tell you comes from the statements made by his surviving victims (called the X Files), Marc Dutreox himself, and evidence from law enforcement.

I’ve also added references/citations at the very end of this post.

Here we go.

Marc confessed to kidnapping, raping, drugging, torturing and filming children for many years.

He also claimed he was doing it at the behest of a political elite who financed his career as a professional trafficker.

Not only did this political elite finance his efforts – they made specific requests of him.

Sometimes they requested specific types of children (they were called “party favors” and he was asked to deliver kids of certain age, sex, race).

Sometimes they requested specific means of torturing the children to fulfill their desires (orgies, satanic rituals involving sacrifices, torture games).

And sometimes they requested he film certain influential people engaged in these acts, for later use as blackmail.

He claimed many of his customers and financiers were world leaders.

This was not a stretch of the imagination because he lived in Belgium, where the EU and NATO headquarters were located.

Did this fire have anything to do with the United Nations covering its tracks!?

This statement was also corroborated by victims who were able to identify specific politicians.

Anneke Lucas was one of his victims who testified against him.

She claimed she was 6 years old when the cleaning lady hired by her mother sold her to the pedophile network in 1969.

Her claims were extraordinary:

She was raped over seventeen hundred hours before turning 12 years old.
She was 6 years old when she was forced to participate in her first orgy, which included wearing an iron dog collar and eating human excrement.
She would actually be delivered back to her parents from time to time.
