The Republican Party Network Interviews Rachel Hamm, Candidate for California Secretary of State
Taken from their Social Media post https://www.republicanpartynetwork.com/posts/23319856

The secretary of state is California's chief elections officer and is responsible for ensuring voter integrity and honest elections. Based on a cursory review of election practices in California, a significant problem exists. For example, Los Angeles County has 144% of voters registered compared to the population. In San Diego, 138% of voters are reported compared to the people. In addition, only 17% of California's military absentee votes were counted in a recent election. These California election stats aren't just wrong; they're criminal. Rachel Hamm is running for Secretary of State to ensure that future generations have free, fair, and transparent elections. The leftists against Dysart School Board have mounted a ridiculous recall effort against a conservative board member, and plan to target the other two conservative board members. We need all the people we can get to the Dysart School Board meeting today, May 11th, at 6PM!!

If you read Kathleen's missive and complaint, which she has authorized for public sharing as noted in the attached, she is assigning blame for the failures of the Superintendent, to the Conservative School Board Member she is maliciously-targeting. Unacceptable!

We need people to come and support the board TONIGHT!

Guilty Verdict in First Illegal Alien Trespass Trial in Texas

BRACKETTVILLE, Texas—The first jury trial under Texas’s Operation Lone Star border program wrapped up in Kinney County, Texas, on May 9.

The defendant, Honduran native Lester Hidalgo Aguilar, was found guilty of criminal trespass on a local ranch and sentenced to the maximum jail time of one year. The judge declined to apply an accompanying fine, which could have been up to $4,000, but said Aguilar should pay court costs ($290).

Aguilar’s trial was a litmus test for the Operation Lone Star arrests, which began around July last year as Gov. Greg Abbott directed state troopers to arrest trespassers on state or private land.

Until now, almost all defendants have pleaded guilty or no contest to trespass or other misdemeanor charges, and have reached a plea deal of time served and no fine.

It is a full house at Dysart School Board - I am number 31 on the speaker's sequence. The leftists have filled the room early to try and blot-out conservatives and everyone else who was told that doors opened at 17:30. This will not work. Show up. Get your asses here - the meeting hasn't even started yet.

Court revives Texas social media law against banning users for views

(Reuters) - A federal appeals court on Wednesday allowed a Texas law prohibiting large social media platforms from banning users based on their political views to go into effect while the state appeals a lower court order that had blocked it.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel did not explain its reasoning for granting the state's request for a stay of a December order by U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman in Austin, Texas, who had found that social media companies' 1st Amendment rights would be harmed by allowing the law to take effect.

The order included a footnote that the three-judge panel, comprised of Circuit Judges Edith Jones, Leslie Southwick and Andrew Oldham, was not unanimous, though it did not say how it was divided. The judges were appointed by former Republican Presidents Ronald Reagan, George W. Bush and Donald Trump, respectively.

A lawyer for the plaintiffs challenging the law — internet lobbying groups NetChoice and the Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA), whose members include Twitter, Facebook and Google — did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Nor did the office of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, which is defending the law."

The Dysart Leftists didn't get their way at tonight's School Board meeting. 😪

Dr. Kellis - seemed like a nice guy - but he was not performing. He was targeted by the board because he failed at delivering results.

Teachers get paid between $23-30/hr - No wonder any teacher with any talent has left Dysart Schools.

I suggested Dr. Kellis take on one of those low-wage teaching positions so he could be where the future is. 😏

We were seriously outnumbered...
likely 10 or 12-to-1:
lefties-vs-parents that care about education.

I toned my comments way down because the dialog was mostly civilized. That said, however -

I am emotionally-indifferent to which leader is at the helm when our students sink into the abyss of illiteracy.

What I do care about is what decisions are made to recover, improve, and deliver results.

I wanted to be an astronaut - but not everyone can be an astronaut... And if the board doesn't take decisive action to assure Dysart School Children can academically perform better than they are today, there will be no astronauts coming out of this community either.

I care about who delivers results.

Dr. Kellis seems like an everyone gets trophies sort of touchy-feely guy. That's great because all the Dysart kids will know how special they are when they are standing in line at the soup kitchen in five years.

So now the lefties are going to launch a feckless recall effort against the three conservatives on the board.

AFPP will be happy to help coordinate PC's and voulinteers to counter these asinine leftist antics. This is MAGA Country, get with the program, lefties!

One odd thing - I actually got a good amount of applause from many of the lefties in the audience... I think it was because I asked the board and the good Doctor: "If you stay, what is your recovery plan? And to the Board: If he goes, what is your recovery plan?"

Results Matter - So they got rid of the failed leader. He'll be okay, he makes insanely more than the grade-inflating teachers do...

But now that the Board has taken decisive action, they need to show a higher baseline of results in coming measurement cycles. Get on it! We Support You, Dysart School Board!

So, again, no ill-will toward Dr. Kellis. He simply failed at delivering results in his capacity as Dysart School Superintendent- He has a litany of accomplishments in other endeavors- but leading teachers was not one of those successes.

I really hope he applies as an in-classroom teacher however - the students did speak-up for him. I hope he can find a role where he actually delivers the academic results the Board did not get for their investment in him.

Ballot measure to undo voting restrictions in Arizona, prevent some future election reviews

Lawmakers aren't the only ones with lots of ideas on how to change Arizona elections. A citizen initiative circulating in the state has proposals of its own — nearly three dozen of them — and most are diametrically opposed to where Republicans are headed.

The "Arizona Fair Elections Act" would expand voting access and reverse a number of laws enacted in recent years, from tighter controls on citizen initiatives to elimination of the Permanent Early Voting List, which critics saw as an attempt to limit the state's popular early voting program.

It includes provisions to avoid a repeat of the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, including preventing the kind of ballot review that was commissioned by Republicans in the state Senate, along with blocking lawmakers from substituting their own slate of presidential electors if they disagree with the voters' choice.

The initiative is circulating as the Legislature has stalled on a rash of election-related bills this year. Only one measure out of the more than 100 bill introduced has been signed into law so far, but it won't take effect until after this year's elections. It tightens proof of citizenship for people registering to vote.
Now this is rich... 😆

These injury reports represent actual human beings, not nameless statistics. Make sure you and everyone you know has updated their Voter Registration - and VOTES all the town/city/county/state/federal elections.

Check AFPP.RED for a link to your specific State or County voter registration/update site. In Arizona, it is done through the MVD site at:

https://servicearizona.com/

You can send the serviceArizona link to people you meet on the street and they can register or update online, securely, without any risk of paper or providing their identity or personal information to anyone.

Do it - if not we will all be part of these statistics - one way or another...

Mickie Niland, Maricopa County Republican Commmittee Chairwomen, May 22, 2022 Newsletter release...

April went by in a blur!

In April I enjoyed a quick trip to Washington DC with my grandson’s choir and another fast family trip. I also had unexpected oral surgery, with a few setbacks that slowed me down a little! But life happens! Onward!

Over the next three months, my office will be very focused on the election process! Arizona Revised Statutes place some specific responsibilities on the shoulders of the County Chairs throughout the state. Obviously, Maricopa is by far the LARGEST County so I am going to be very busy.

County Chairs are to submit Republican volunteers for several different responsibilities in the election process. Last week by the statutory deadline of May 4th, I turned in Poll WORKER names. In just a few short days I need to turn in Special Election Board Volunteers, followed by the MCTEC Poll Observers and the hand count volunteers. Then the gigantic matrix of staffing the voting centers with poll observers begins.

Luckily being involved with poll observer staffing is something I have done for the past decade as an LD Chair. In the 2020 election when most of the county was staffed by the Trump Victory Volunteers, I arranged all the staffing in Gilbert. We had an established pattern and a process down and they turned my area over to me. Nancy Ordowski, our MCRC 1st Vice-Chair also staffed her LD. We were the only two LDs in Maricopa who staffed our own LDs. This has prepared us to work with our MCRC team and get the job done! The August primary will be our practice run for the general election process.

Over the past year and a half, I have taken the opportunity provided by the small Jurisdictional elections to work on our volunteer staffing systems for poll observers. I have personally worked in all the observation areas in MCTEC and had two tours of MCTEC to answer my questions. Next week MCTEC is conducting a tour for the LD Chairs of all the political parties. This is something I have been asking them to do since my first trip to MCTEC as MCRC Chair.

I am grateful to those who are helping me prepare for these specific parts of our 2022 elections. I want to mention a few of them, in no particular order: Pat O’Malley, Gina Swoboda, Nancy Ordowski, Charmaine Roth, Heidi Grande, Valerie Grosso, Jamie Alford, Kevin Gallagher, and our awesome LD Chairs.

However, there is one job, that I can’t delegate to anyone. According to Arizona law, all poll observers must have a poll observer form with my personal “wet letter” signature. Each of the thousands of forms must be personally signed by me. No copies or signature stamps allowed. (Carpal tunnel here I come!!)

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact your LD Chair!

Thank you so much for staying engaged in this work!

Sincerely,

Mickie Niland

When we use the term FF (False Flag) - it does not imply a crime was staged and did not occur; It is a phrase used to describe an event where a Patsy (some programmed and resourced, expendable derilict tool) was used to commit a heinous act, to push an agenda or narrative that is against and falsely-associated with a targeted group: Usually against Conservatives, Liberties, or other Basis of Freedom that the leftists want to defile, control, subjugate, or outright revoke.

Listen to this insane leftist witch's words carefully...

Now I see where this is going:

It ISNT about gun control.

It’s about controlling the speech on social media platforms.

Watch this video.

Disturbing to see that are going after our 1A right more than our 2A right and that’s saying something

Just in case anyone is still wondering what a "hate crime" is...

A Hate Crime is pretty much ANY crime where one person kills, maims, harms another person.. regardless of who or how.

This was clearly an engineered segue into the midterm elections. Expect more of the same villification of basic rights and ginned-up inter-racial hate narrative. The left has nothing to offer but more violence and more divisiveness. They are in full burn down the house mode... More like burn down the country.

Vote. Prosecute and punish every single leftist from the sock puppet himself all the way down to the Marxist academic who teaches hate to your kids. Then rebuild our country.

I would offer hopes and prayers but I believe these poor victims would have preferred to have the God-given right of self-defense. Unless they blame the shooter instead of the gun this will happen again.
