America First Precinct Project pinned «I was in a very short Update call with some of the leadership this morning. Here is a brief "transcript" of the meeting. I don't believe any of this was privileged information (the LD Chairs should be in these meetings and then disseminating the information…»
UPDATED GUIDANCE for NEW Legislative District Elections...

----------
(From Linda Busam, LD21 2VC):
Because we are being Redistricted, Elected PCs can vote & PCs that we're Appointed 12/23/21 & b4 are able to vote🥰
----------

From @AFPP_US
-------
Arizona Precinct Committeemen who are currently ELECTED and PC's that were APPOINTED prior 12/23/2021, may vote for their new LD Leadership.

This is the same for PC's that have transitioned to a new LD or remained in the same LD - BOTH are qualified to vote for new leadership.

The CURRENT Leadership from the Previous LD's are responsible for sending out the notifications to their PC's with information of WHERE and WHEN their NEW LD meetings/elections will be held.

These should be going out no later than Next Week - so if you do NOT know where your new LD Election Meeting will be held, you need to contact your Prior LD Chairs!

NOTE: Since technically there is NO officers at ANY of the new elections, EACH LD MUST APPOINT a Volunteer Minutes Keeper!!! This person will be responsible for recording the record of fact that an election was held; They will record which candidate names were called from the floor, for what offices/positions.

The scribe will record the fact a vote was held, votes were counted, and a winner was selected for each office. These notes will then be transferred to whoever the elected Secretary is after that person is elected.

Bylaws right now should only focus on the big five officers. AFTER you elect your basic leadership, then your LD can decide if they want additional chairs or other unique LD business discussed.

If you have any questions, get with someone in your former or current LD. I just wanted to make sure nobody forgets that they need a temporary "Secretary" to scribe the record of their elections being held. This makes business official and elections binding.

Again, the appointed PC's do not have voting rights if appointed AFTER 12/23/21 - but if appointed PRIOR to 12/23/21 they MAY VOTE for their new leadership.

Appointed PC's after 12/23/21 may attend (and should attend) these elections/meetings.

Again: PC's appointed AFTER 12/23/21 cannot run for an officer/LD Leadership post until after they are actually elected from their precinct.

TOMORROW, Mar 17th, there are a slate of bills (23) coming up for hearings in Arizona.

Get on the RTS and make your voice heard. My views may differ from yours, so the link to bills is included for your own review to decide yes/no/neutral votes.

You can find the details with links to each bill and plain English breakdown here. There are tabs for each day, and you can use the filter on top to find particular subjects of interest to you (Elections, Health, Education) if you are short on time and need to only do the ones that are your hot topic focus.

Lots of striker bills, be sure to make your voice heard on RTS. You must have your RTS activated at the Capital before first use to vote on bills. If you have not done so, and it's difficult for you to get there, we will do so for you. Click here to send information required to get you activated.

Message to EVERY Precinct Committeeman:

Every Voting Precinct and every Ballot Drop-Off Location must be published on the SoS Website.

Precinct Committeemen are duly-authorized to assist and support voters within their precinct - to assure Voters know and understand the law, process, method, and rules of voting.

I challenge any State, County, City, or lower-level officer to tell me I cannot fulfill my duties as a PC and assist Voters with any questions they may have at the ballot drop-off box.

Spread the word:

Every Drop Box shall be identified and manned by a Precinct Committeeman.

Every Single One

We will publish/link to all drop-off sites on the https://AFPP.RED/ drop box link - and work a sign-up to assure they are ALL Covered.

Also putting out a call for cameras/video as well. EVERY BOX to be manned by an authorized PC and FILMED for the duration of their deployment.

SUGGESTION:
When this primary is done
We need to have the Maricopa GOP request the voter file
And they need to disseminate that to the LD chairs>to their captains>to their PCs
and have each PC do a canvass of specific area of their precinct
using the questions that Liz Harris group came up with when knocking a door looking for a voter on the record:
1) did the person live at the address at time of election (early - voting day)
2) Method of vote return (mailed early, dropped off early, in person early, voting day in person, voting day dropped off ballot)
3) number of ballots received for their name
4) number of mail in ballots received for persons who do not live at that address
4a) if received others- did they keep(take a photo), destroy, or return to sender?
(I think that was all of them - been a long time since i canvassed and only did a few with Liz Harris Group)

that way we can force cleanup of rolls before General Election, and people will not have moved by time we get to door ;)
This SHOULD be a job for PCs after EVERY election

Take the eleven minutes to watch this video. And then plan for war.
Why is this NOT on a Maricopa County URL? Where did the link come from? Proceed with caution.

For whatever reason, literally ALL of the conservative channels, chats, and personalities on Telegram, including MY Account - is being reported as a fake/scam/impersonated identity.

This is obviously a coordinated attack. We are aware but do not have a response plan yet. Hang in there.

Authentication this is me:

PHOENIX — An Arizona Senate committee chair is ordering Maricopa County officials to show up next week and explain why they aren’t providing 2020 election documents demanded by the attorney general.

Senate Government Committee Chair Kelly Townsend, R-Apache Junction, noted it has been several weeks since an assistant to Republican Attorney General Mark Brnovich sent a third request for public information to Maricopa County officials. To date, Townsend said, there has been no response.

So Townsend, who has questioned the results of the 2020 election, is using the legislative right of subpoena to tell the supervisors or their representatives to show up Monday “and explain to us why they are not producing the information requested by the attorney general.’’

She made it clear she also wants that information turned over to her and the Republican-controlled committee she chairs.

There was no immediate response to questions about why the county has not fully provided the attorney general with the information requested. A spokeswoman for Brnovich said that, as of late Monday, the documents had yet to be provided.

Part of the request from Brnovich’s assistant Jennifer Wright is technical. For example, Wright said, an earlier production of records made reference to certain policies, but the actual policies were missing.

All this comes as Republican lawmakers insist changes are needed in how elections are run to protect against fraud.

In fact, the Government Committee was also hearing testimony late Monday about whether to make changes in existing election laws, ranging from outlawing unmonitored drop boxes for ballots, to eliminating virtually all early voting in future elections, to requiring ballots be counted by hand.

The subpoena, however, is different.

It has to do with theories about the election having been stolen from former President Donald Trump, theories that will not die despite court rulings, random hand counts and the lack of any hard evidence to support them.

And it specifically raises questions about how Maricopa County verified the signatures on envelopes for early ballots cast in the 2020 general election and how election workers decided which match and can be counted and which do not.

“The question is how does this happen, why wasn’t this cured,’’ Townsend said. “And so there’s a lot of unanswered questions that the attorney general would need to be able to answer but cannot because of the obstruction coming from the Board of Supervisors.’’
If you see a post on twenty other telegram channels - do not re-post it here. If you are a channel owner and want to share an important broadcast from YOUR channel, please do.

Re-posting general stuff that has already been copied, linked, re-posted across all the same channels does nothing but echo-chamber. Let's focus on original thought. We want people contributing their own words and ideas - your own unique point of view. Please do that. Please share YOU -- Your comments and original posts are MUCH more valuable than carbon-copy replication of others.

Again.. Original Posts from your own channels are welcome - we want to share and get timely news and calls for help out quickly. Please don't clutter that communication with what Is already blasted across telegram on a daily basis.

Much thanks and appreciation for your original contributions and support.

So this broke 2 hours ago.
WHOOHOO!
I called my LD Chair to ask whether we were now making appointment with the county again or still taking to him or Mickie the signed PC nomination forms etc.
He had no idea that this had broken, said taking them to him or to Mickie would be fine as they would both "get them where they need to go."
I'm left going um... well if we're now more than 1 pc / precinct again, I SUPPOSE it's safe to drop at the LD Chair and have him take them in?
But then again, he had no idea this broke... seems to me, they should be on top of that! lol
