E. Any person determined by the court to be RESPONSIBLE for MISCONDUCT, fraud or illegal votes identified under subsection D of this section is liable for the costs of the court-ordered second election and is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.

Also requires posting of operation manual for any tabulating equipment that describes ALL the capabilities of the machine.
If the manual does not accurately describe all the capabilities, the county may not enter into a contract with the provider or IF CONTRACT ALREADY EXECUTED, the contract with the tabulating equipment provider is CANCELLED!!!!!

Make no mistake: The GiveSendGo "hack" was a collaboration between their hosting services and one or more Governments (US, Canada, and I would say France, Britian, and support from China.).
The Hosting Providers (what most "websites" use), are also the ones who typically own and are delegated authority to manage actual platform and infrastructure that sites "rent" (Subscription on AWS/GCP/Azure/ect...).
This means that operatives within these large Internet providers own and manage the servers/hardware stack/data/storage/Identity and Authentication/Authorization & key management - Everything other than the "tenant website" that they can also and easily attack/disrupt/change/modify/monitor/redirect/etc...
The very lengthy and detailed message overlay on that licensed Disney ("Frozen") segment - was NOT done by any private party hacker collective. That is simply a FALSE narrative. It was vastly too-detailed and too pro-government agenda-driven to be anything but a Government-initiated, supported, and protected attack.
The hack was done under the authority of US and Canadian judicial and intelligence services - working collaboratively with law/legal/security departments within AWS and other hosting/provider services. This was a Government-Sponsored Attack and Subversion of a US-based Company.
You should have no more doubt in your heart or mind that our government has been contaminated with Domestic Enemies of the United States - and we are literally at the line of scrimmage.

This is for public safety and in-kind with current Covid-19 restrictions and requirements as authorized by edict from various unelected health organizations.

The post was designed to poke fun at the leftist lunacy, and to strike at one of their former positions on privacy: Specifically outlawing the practice of forcing HIV/AIDS-positive persons to either self-identify or limiting any opportunities, access, or participation of any afflicted person.
Think about that.
