Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and other Big Tech executives risk ending up in jail if their social media platforms do not block content deemed harmful under upcoming online safety laws, UK Culture Secretary Nadine Dorries has warned.
Speaking to Times Radio on Saturday, Dorries said Zuckerberg, who heads Meta, Facebook’s parent company, and other tech bosses could “absolutely” be put behind bars if they did not comply with the government’s draft Online Safety Bill. She expressed hope that the legislation would be a “notice to the online platforms to say here it is, we’re letting you know what it is now, so start doing what you need to do.”

As of Monday night, The Ambassador Bridge has been blockaded by Based Truckers 🚚🚜🇺🇸
The last time the bridge closed for a protest was in 1990. Travelers have been told by MIDOT to use the tunnel instead, or reroute north to Sarnia. However, Sarnia may not be an option since truckers have been protesting at that border entrance, as well. 😏
As a small note, keep in mind that these blockades will disrupt food and shipment supplies and have ripple effects in the long run. Be mindful of your resources and remain thankful for those who are standing in the gap for our liberties. Freedom is not free or comfortable. Never forget that.

The Ambassador Bridge that connects Windsor, Ontario to Detroit, Michigan has been completely blockaded by a convoy of trucks protesting the COVID-19 vaccine mandates, which remains ongoing in Canada’s capital city of Ottawa.
Efforts by the Freedom Convoy further in the north spilled over to the border crossing, the largest international suspension bridge and a major transportation artery between the United States and Canada as protesters blocked traffic on Monday evening.
