Funniest thing I've seen all week

MAJOR ELECTION SECURITY UPDATE: The U.S. Postal Service final rule for Federal Ballot Mail (39 CFR Part 111) was published today on the Federal Register, fulfilling a portion of Executive Order 14399.

With the Supreme Court removing prior injunctions, the green light is ON. All machinery, data portals, and verification checks are fully primed for 2026 execution.

Here is the breakdown of what every state MUST do to use the USPS for mail-in ballot delivery:

Mandatory Pre-Approval on Envelope Design States can no longer use custom, unverified mailpiece formats. ALL outbound and return ballot envelopes must be pre-submitted to a USPS Mailpiece Design Analyst (MDA) for strict layout, sizing, and Intelligent Mail barcode compliance. No approval = No delivery.

The Federal Ballot Mail Portal & Participation Lists States are required to upload mailpiece-level voter data directly into the Federal Ballot Mail Portal before or at the time of mailing. This builds an administrative, reconcilable Mail-In and Absentee Participation List matching exterior barcode scans to state-certified voter dispatches.

Hard Gatekeeping at Entry This is not optional guidance. Postal facilities will scan outbound ballot mailings against Portal entries. If a state fails to complete the required data entries or fails design compliance, the Postal Service will refuse to accept the ballots.

State Autonomy is Maintained

States retain 100% control over their voter registration rolls and eligibility.
Postal workers DO NOT inspect ballot contents or open sealed mail.
The rule strictly governs exterior mailpiece compliance, barcode verification, and secure data reporting to ensure chain-of-custody transparency.

What Happens Next?

Timeline Trigger: With the August 21 effective date now active and legal holds cleared, states must sync their mail preparation routines ahead of September ballot dispatches.

Portal Activation: Operational integration goes live alongside the published System of Records (SOR).

Every state choosing to leverage federal mail infrastructure for the 2026 election must adhere to these standardized security and transparency benchmarks.

The VERY OVERT visit from Ratcliff (CIA) via a US C-17 cargo transport, was telling. My belief is that the Russians are expecting an eminent, massive scale attack, and they asked the United States to secure some of their most significant artifacts, academics, and other key personnel and irreplaceable information/other things -- in exchange for releasing US Personnel, spies, and other persons and things of value to the US Government; Very likely among these things, allowing the Russian Embassy to secure articles of Russian interest from that C17 as soon as it landed back in the USA.

Something like that would not happen if there was a peace agreement. Things like that happen at a diplomatic level exclusively: No bullshit world powers being leaders in the back stage of a world theater - Navigating through geo-strategic realities as the rest of this world watches armed cannonfodder do the killing dance on center stage.

Russia is out of cards to play. I think they have made a very clear and deliberate case going forward that if Western/NATO weapons and advisors keep helping Ukraine, there is going to be a decisive military response against those countries in the immediate future.

In effect, Russia is going to release weapons against Western/NATO countries; Those countries (likely UK, France, Germany, Poland, others) will respond in kind - and this will escalate to a mass casualty event within both Russia and Western European Nations.

The source? You guessed it: unnamed anonymous sources. It's completely FALSE.

**More importantly - ATF respects the Court's ruling and the rule of law. We are following the order and will not take enforcement action against protected parties inconsistent with that ruling. We are working diligently on clear guidance. Getting it RIGHT matters more than getting it out fast.

That means carefully navigating federal and state laws so that manufacturers, FFLs, and law-abiding gun owners aren't left with legal problems - today or under a future administration.
