Dear Network,
We are delighted to announce that we are launching an open call for several great positions 🀩

We are looking for enthusiastic AEGEEans to:
⭐ use their skills and knowledge for the development of AEGEE as Brussel-based Comité Directeur assistants for projects and communications;
⭐ commemorate the founding of organisation as AEGEE Day Project Team;
⭐ link AEGEE with other organisation and represent us to one or more entities as Liaison Officers;
⭐ be our hero's during the Agora and provide AEGEE with legal consultancy as Interim Juridical Commissioners;
⭐ help remember and document the European Planning Meeting as Secretary or Rapporteur of the EPM;
⭐ help shape the future of AEGEE and play an important role in the organisation of the Strategic Planning Meeting in Budapest as part of Strategy Committee.

Hello dear all,
You might be aware that we currently have an open call for CD Brussel-based projects and communications assistants to help us ensure the highest quality of our work and increase the impact of our activities. (DDL to apply 25/01 at 23:59 CET)

We can imagine you might have some questions about the work in CD and what it would mean being our assistants. That is why we have planned several office hours, where you can ask CD members any and all questions you might have.

The planned office hours are as follows:
19th of January from 16:00 - 17:00 CET with Veronika (Secretary General)
20th of January from 17:00 - 18:00 CET with Frederick (Financial Director)

Dear AEGEEans,

As mentioned during the Agora and in our Activity Plan, one of our main objectives for this year is to offer the support and necessary tools for grant writing and management to our members!

The aim of the AEGEE Funding Network is to offer the space and necessary tools for members interested in Institutional Fundraising (think project management, grant writing, etc.) to share their experience and foster new collaborations between Locals that are already experienced with the topic and those that are trying to learn. Additionally, it will be a great space for us to share many new opportunities with you.

You do not need to apply in order to join or be a part of it, you can simply get involved by joining this Slack channel, and for fast communication this Telegram group.

How will it work?
We are planning to have a first meeting on the 15th of February, at 7PM CET via this link.

If you would like to be part of our team and help AEGEE become a safe space for all the members, do not hesitate to apply.

As a member of the SPC, you will work on bringing the Safe Person Committee closer to the network. You will maintain a Pool of Safe Persons to be sent out to events. You will educate and raise awareness in the network on the necessity and knowledge on tackling sexual harassment.
