For us summer never ends and that’s why we are already thinking about the next editions!

The time is here to all work together on the future of the SU project, in the next 4 weeks we will have different consultations on the following topics:

βž–13th of September - Promotion (How is the promotion done, what is needed, what should be done)
βž–20th of September - Content (How do we fill in content, what do we want as content)

The Culture IG is looking for a Moderator and other people who would like to help out as core team members!

CIG is an interest group that is trying to bring arts and culture into AEGEE-Europe in an approachable way.

MODERATOR TASKS:

βž– Moderating the IG Facebook group, making sure it is active, together with the other moderator;
βž– Moderating the IG's public channels: the Facebook page and Instagram account, together with the other moderator;
βž– Coordinating a core team: people that want to help out with creating new activities;
βž–Implementing new ideas and initiatives in the group, coming either from yourself or other AEGEE members.


CORE TEAM MEMBER TASKS:

βž– Participating regularly in meetings;
βž– Promotion of activities/initiatives;
βž– Contribute new ideas;
βž– Helping with the implementation of new ideas/activities;
βž– Occasionally hosting activities.

We are looking for motivated AEGEEans with a special interest in external relations and possible previous experience with the organisation they would be working with. They should be proficient in English, proficiency in another official language of the organisation they would be working with is of advantage. They should be proactive and self sufficient in their tasks, even though they will be supported by the ComitΓ© Directeur.

As Online Autumn Agora is approaching, we are looking for Chair Team Assistants to support the Chair Team!

You will have the following tasks (you can pick up those you are interested in):

βž– Assist Secretary of the Agora, take minutes on your own during a Prytanium and work out the minutes of this session after the Agora has finished!
βž– Help out with streaming of the sessions;
βž– Manage the platform for visitors;
βž– Assist a Chairperson of a session with managing Agora platform and coordinate participants who have been granted speaking rights;

Dear Network,

As of Friday, the Pre-Agora Voting for the Autumn Agora 2020 is open. Delegates are able to cast their votes until the 6th of October at 23:59 CEST.

The Pre-Agora Voting only produces valid results if the quorum of 50% of the Ordinary members of AEGEE-Europe is reached, so we encourage all delegates who haven't already done so to cast their votes.

Participants of the Agora have received a mail containing more details.

βž–Content Manager, responsible for the creation of guidelines and other materials to help locals contribute to the AEGEE day.
βž–Public Relations Responsible, responsible for the PR campaign, social media management, promotional materials and assisting the Project Manager for the impact measurement.
βž–Financial Manager, responsible for the financial field of the project.
βž–Video Editor, responsible for gathering materials and work on editing the promotional video for the Project.

🟑 Only participants (delegates and envoys) can attend plenaries and prytania directly. Invitation links have been sent out already. If you are not a participant but still interested you can follow the sessions via streaming on our discord server.
🟑 Content sessions (progress meetings and workshops) are open for everyone and everyone can participate. Progress meetings will also be streamed.
🟑 The Agora is also a place to meet old friends and make new ones. We have Social activities organised by amazing hosts to offer you a diverse program in the evenings.
