ADITA and AFRICOM TECNOLOGIES had a fruitful and forward-looking discussion with GIZ, the Federal TVET (Technical & Vocational Training Institute), and the Ministry of Labor and Skills on opportunities to collaborate in digitalization, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and capacity building.
As we enter an increasingly digital era, Africom is committed to supporting the digital transformation agenda by providing digitalization solutions and a robust Learning Management System (LMS) to strengthen access to modern, technology-enabled learning.
At the same time, Adita will contribute its expertise in addressing the existing skills gaps among TVET students and trainers by delivering targeted training programs and supporting Training of Trainers (ToT) initiatives for TVET institutions.
This collaboration brings together technology, skills development, and institutional capacity building to help create a stronger, more digitally capable TVET ecosystem in Ethiopia.
