Update regarding Structural Analysis of Terrace Homes, O2 Valley and Tropical Garden on “as it where basis” was done by NBCC and all the existing towers are been given to ahead. So far as Tropical Garden towers are concerned the towers are to be raised up to 25th floor, the mid way evaluation shall happen when midway milestones will be achieved. Slabbing of TG (Zone D) and B1/B2 (Zone A) shall start post Diwali.

1.. We have signed MOU with UCO Bank,Union Bank(Merged entity),HDFC Ltd.Please contact your respective banks/Financial Institution for disbursal of loans. MOU with other Banks are in process & will be executed soon.
2.. It is advised to use UCO Bank payment portal to Pay your instalments.
3.. Update your Customer Data in www.receiveramrapali.in.

All Home Buyers has to fill-in the Customer Data, for the purpose of confirmation and checking with already available data. Only where discrepancies are noticed, such home buyers will be intimated.

Court Receiver Office has today finalised the template and mode for sending mass WhatsApp message to all buyers. The message shall be coming from Court Receiver Office no +91 93105 82026. It will be sent via SMS also.
Information regarding home buyers payment Those who have not yet made any payment as per the NBCC payment schedule may kindly deposit their payment immediately. Those who can may try to do it in one go.

After Second Instalment, those who have not paid anything, their names will be submitted to Hon SC & subjected to Courts order or cancellation of their flats if so any.

Don’t miss your deadline unless very specific reason and that too needs to be addressed to Ld. Receiver and his approval is required. It’s on case to case basis.

Last date for 2nd Instalment of Terrace & Tropical buyers is 30-November-20 whereas for Lowrise & O2 Valley it’s lapsed on 31-Oct-20. Those who failed to deposit may kindly pay and avoid not to be tagged as defaulters.
NBCC has done Diwali 🪔 lightning on various Amrapali Projects across Noida/Greater Noida. Buyers of respective projects may view the same in Presentation.

SC heard our matter today from 14:10 to 16:50 hrs and main points are as follows:

1. CR submitted that HBs so far have deposited Rs 266 crs and there are 16303 HBs who have taken loan of Rs 1238 crs from various banks/FIs according to informations received till date by him from banks/FIs.

2. Lahoty sab submitted that detailed calculation of Royal Golf Interest component filed as per Court Order and same to be recovered. Royal Golf submitted that they have filed reply to Lahoty Sab calculation but same was neither available in the court nor given to Lahoty sab. Court asked Royal Golf to circulate their reply to Lahoty sab and listed the matter for next date.

3. Lahoty sab attracted the Court attention to Court Orders on Ace Infracity deposit of Rs 7.21 crs and requested to Court that interest at the rate of 12% should also be recovered from Ace Infra on this amount of 7.21. Ace Infra objected to recovery of interest component. Court listed the matter on 1/12/20.

4. Lahoty sab then raised the Surekha Family recovery. But FA Mr PK Aggarwal was not available today as he was sick and therefore listed the matter on 1/12/20.

5. 4 parties out of 6 who were issued notice last time regarding payment of lease rental from attached properties submitted and sought week time to file affidavit. Court granted the same and listed the matter on 7/12/20. Court issued notice to M/s Promhex healthcare running Amrapali Hospital in GNoida and directed to file statement of account regarding rents paid & payable.

6. Lahoty sab then raised the recovery of Rs 912 crs from Amrapali Directors/CFOs/Family members. Court directed all parties to file their reply if any and listed the matter for 23/11/20.

7. Lahoty sab and Mr Shankar Narayanan raised the La Resendia Project matter whether this is Amrapali project or not. La Resedentia counsel sought time to file reply. Court granted the time to file reply by all parties and listed the matter on 7/12/20.

8. BOB submitted that his loan mortgage on Amrapali Projects annulled in Judgement should be restored. CR sought time to study the implications of this and Court granted the same and asked him to put up his views before court after studying and making his assessment. Matter listed for further hearing on 1/12/20.

9. Mahagun filed an application that approach road in HBC projects should not affect his plot. Court directed all parties to sit with CR and try to find an solution and then come before us. Matter listed for further hearing on 7/12/20.

10. ICAI filed an application seeking extension of 6 months to complete disciplinary proceedings against SA Mr Mittal. Lahoty sab objected to the same, Court agreed and directed ICAI institute to complete the proceeding as soon as possible. whenever SA personal presence is required, approach this court for direction to Jail Authorities to produce him before disciplinary authorities.

11. Axis bank approached Court for vacating Court attachment orders of Amrapali Directors Mr Shivpriya and Nr Ajay Kumar as they auctioned their loaned properties to recover their home loan amount. Court asked FA to apprise Court about amount to be deposited by them in SC and listed the matter for 7/12/20.

12. Noida/Gnoida filed the application for recall of SC orders on Interest waiver to all. Court issued the notice to Ace group and listed the matter for 7/12/20.

13. One HB represented by Advocate Mr Amit Kumar filed an application for refund as his wife is detected breast cancer. Court rejected the application saying that no refund is entertained as projects need to be completed and you may find buyer to sell your flat.

14. Noida Power Company also again came back to Court and Court directed her to go to CR first and listed the matter on 23/11/20.

Good News for Centurian Park Buyers & Silicon 1,2 & Crystal Home Viz-a-vis SWAMIH Funding as ASPIRE (a Company) is registered by Court Receiver & is also approved by Register of Companies (RoC) which is an special purpose vehicle for raising funds etc, a Company under Section 8 of the Companies Act (Social and other nonprofit causes). This name Amrapali Stalled Projects and Investments Reconstruction Establishment (ASPIRE) is formed for Banks and Funding Institutions. The initial fund 625 Crs approved for Silicon City 1, Silicon City 2, Crystal Homes, Centurian Lowrise, Centurian O2 Valley, and Centurian Tropical Garden is expected to come by end of November 20, and subsequently there onward under collection method as approved by Hon’ble Supreme Court. Additionally; all such bank funding (currently in process) shall be coming under this only for Amrapali Projects currently under execution by NBCC by virtue of order by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
