One of our team members deployed a test token on Access Network using Remix IDE — just to demonstrate how open and permissionless our network is, exactly like BNB Chain or Ethereum.
This token has absolutely nothing to do with the native ACCESS coin.
The app will only ever support ACCESS coin — no other token will be added or recognized in the app, no matter what. Only ACCESS is mined, tracked, and supported by the team.
As for tokens — yes, anyone can easily deploy their own token on Access Network, but that is completely separate from the project itself.

All my access has been lost. They assumed I was a customer by creating multiple accounts on one phone because they detected my withdrawal address had multiple transactions from other accounts. In reality, I wasn't a customer by creating multiple accounts on one phone. I was simply withdrawing access from multiple accounts on different phones to one withdrawal address.

So, to you, don't create multiple access accounts on one cellphone, and don't buy access or make withdrawals from multiple accounts to the same address, even from different cellphones.
