​​The Business Administration program at AUCA is one of the undergraduate programs supported by U.S.–CAEF.

The School of Entrepreneurship and Business Administration (SEBA) develops creative entrepreneurs who are eager to change the landscape of business milieu in Central Asia and beyond. SEBA prepares graduate and undergraduate students for real-world settings using real-world experiences such as case studies, team projects, business plans, and beyond.

📄 1-тур: Аризани онлайн топшириш босқичи. Ушбу турда онлайн ариза топширилади ва 3 та мавзуда иншо ёзилади. Ариза топшириш бошлагандан кейин 10 КУН ичида топширилиши керак (Масалан: агар ариза топшириш 5 октябр куни бошланган бўлса, ариза ва иншолар 15 октябргача топширилиши шарт).

📄 2-тур: Онлайн ариза топширгандан сўнг, талабалар эмэйл орқали инглиз тили бўйича онлайн тестда қатнашишга таклиф қилинади. Эмэйл ариза топширилгандан кейин 24 соат ичида келади.

📄 3-тур: Учинчи, охирги босқич синовлари ноябрь ойида бошланади. Бу турда суҳбат, иншолар, анкета тўлдириш ва инглиз тили бўйича яна бир тест мавжуд. Ушбу босқичга ўтган талабалар билан Америка Кенгашларининг ўз мамлакатларидаги ваколатхонаси боғланиб, батафсил маълумотлар беради.

3. Инглиз тилида яхши сўзлаша олишлари;
4. Яхши ва аъло баҳоларга ўқиётган бўлишлари;
5. АҚШ визаси талабларига жавоб бера олишлари;
6. Ўзбекистон фуқароси бўлишлари ва халқаро паспорт олиш хуқуқига эга бўлишлари керак;

​​On September 28, 2020, FLEX Alumni Uzbekistan celebrated the Future Leaders Exchange program and those who made the exchange possible! An online event was organized by the FLEX Alumni office in Uzbekistan.

A virtual reunion was full of nostalgic moments and laughter. Alumni shared their Exchange stories, fun moments which they carry in their heart until now. A fun trivia game was played among alumni during the event. Alumni got to recall their memories and knowledge about the FLEX program.

At the end of the event, they all got a FLEX Appreciation Day 2020 E-card which they will sign electronically and send to someone who made their exchange unforgettable and unique. Participants were also gifted with FLEX T-shirts on behalf of this event.

Aziz Ochilov is an enthusiastic entrepreneur who loves innovating, supporting startups, and discovering creative solutions in business development. Primarily, his focus goes on to tech-entrepreneurship, business education, and consultation. Aziz is a founder of several projects: HR-Box - a recruitment tracking system for HRs, CareerHUB - a university platform that bridges the gap between students and employers, other successful projects in Uzbekistan, and beyond.

He has also initiated and established the first innovation and entrepreneurship lab among the universities in Uzbekistan called “innoWIUT Entrepreneurship Lab” under Westminster International University in Tashkent, which is aimed to empower students and academicians of the university to realize their business projects by actively engaging local and international entrepreneurs and experts.
