Since most of us are still home, it is a great time to share the best photos and recipes of your favorite meals and earn promo items and some exciting gifts from us.

Here is the challenge:

2. Post 3 of your best recipes and pictures of the meals you have cooked during the quarantine. Please, note that if you participated in the last cooking challenge your previous recipes cannot be posted. Use the hashtag #FLEXAlumniCookoff

She possesses vast expertise in environmental and social issues and has a solid academic and teaching background. She is the founder of "CARE CSR" – a unique consultancy agency, promoting responsible business in Uzbekistan.

He recently finished a non-fiction book "Why Nations Fail" by Daron Acemoglu and James A. Robinson. Shohjahon believes that economic institutions play an integral part in the improvement of the living conditions of any country.

Sardor Sodikov is an educator and entrepreneur in education sphere. He has been successfully managing Karshi city based language school “Global Education” and nowadays hundreds of his graduate students are studying at different universities all over the world. Currently Sardor and his team are working on mobile app “Roboteach – distance learning” which provides language learners the distance learning.

Besides, Sardor owns a modest company, which exports its 24/7 dispatching services to the US companies. Although the company is young, it has expanded from 2 employees to 20 professionals. The company team strongly believes that outsourcing services such as dispatching, call center, IT are the remedies and robust solutions of unemployment especially during pandemic.

As the mutual business relationship is getting stronger, Sardor is hoping to acquire the international knowledge and experience during his visit to the US and contribute his efforts to the development of Uzbekistan.

Meet our US-CAEF 2020 scholarship winner!
Last year, U.S.-CAEF Fellow Akhmedov Boburjon won an EducationUSA Academy scholarship, a pre-college academic enrichment program for international high school students. "During the summer courses at Boston University - we visited labs, saw how universities operate, what student life is like in top American universities like MIT and Harvard. I really think it was invaluable experience" says Boburjon.
He and his team founded several college preparatory blogs for high-school students in English. - "I want me and my team to create simple solutions for complex problems. I really hope that I will be able to make a lot of new friends and have fun for the next 4 years during my studies in AUCA! After all, it is an experience that matters I think" in his words.

FLEX Alumni took part in a virtual Business Cocktail with Guzal Sultankhodjaeva!
On September 15, 2020, FLEX Alumni Office in Uzbekistan hosted Guzal Sultankhodjaeva FLEX alumna 2004 (Tashkent, Uzbekistan/Goose Creek, SC, USA) as a Speaker of it’s virtual Business Cocktail.
Guzal shared her freshly acquired knowledge about HR business trends, tools, and practices. She focused on explaining Who is Human Resources Business Partner and why is Coaching becoming so important in business.
The presentation was full of interactive Q&A and lots of useful information that encompasses professional development.
Soon, Guzal will be personally coaching 10 FLEX Alumni who would like to improve their mindset towards their career. Exciting!!! 🎉

Annually on September 27, we celebrate the FLEX Program; the funding and administrative organizations; FLEX students and alumni; and the host families, communities, and schools that make the exchange possible.
