How to save media from Telegram to your gallery:

➾ From the main screen of Telegram, swipe your finger from left side towards right. This will open up the side panel.

➾ Tap on "Settings" towards the bottom of this side panel.

➾ Scroll and find "save to gallery" option

➾ Click to enable the option (switch "ON").

Done ! Now you can see all your Telegram videos and images in your gallery.
