Requirements:

Knowledge:
Career level: entry level and experienced.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or logistics, MBA is preferred.
Fluent written and verbal English level.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills: communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Very good analytical skills.
Strong Problem-solving skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Ability/Attitude:

Very Flexible.
Team Player.
Key Accountabilities:

Act as a key contact person between Rush Brush and different suppliers
Responsible for building big network contacts from different suppliers
Duties:

Negotiate prices and payment terms with all suppliers.
Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
Follow up on the shipping process with different suppliers and deal with logistics companies.
Follow up on testing products with concerned departments.
Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.
Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings, as well as working closely with the maintenance engineer.
Maintain records and databases of factories, invoices and products.
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Research and seek out the most cost-efficient procedures and methods.
Observe the selection of the product, receive SKUs for the approved new products, create them on the system, create POs, follow-up on deposits, upload and follow-up on all relevant needed materials, 3D models, die-cuts, catalogs, naming, slogan, label, and content in coordination between the marketing team and the factory.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
