So for 2023 this will be 10 Feb, 10 Mar, 14 Apr, 12 May, 9 June, 14 Jul, 11 Aug, 8 Sep, 13 Oct, 10 Nov, 8 Dec at 7.30 First room on the left. Bring your ideas. Nothing to stop people meeting in between these dates if they wish. The room will be available and the landlady appreciates the business.

Caroline is a Naturopath and Herbalist. She works in Wilmslow, and does talks, herb walks and workshops all over, as well as see clients on a 1:1 basis.
She has a biological sciences degree and spent 12 years working for the pharmaceutical industry before training as a Herbalist. Know your enemy.
The tools of her trade are plants, which a few simple techniques can turn into herbal remedies.
The evening will explore the spring cleanse, using local herbs available to all. Then a demonstration of how to preserve plants to be used during the whole year. Tinctures, glycerites, fire cider, and how to gather and dry plants.

Unfortunately the manger at the Boars Head has canceled at short notice. We have got a great room at the Coffee Pizzeria, M24 1SH, Its the room upstairs, see pictures, The owner if fully onboard with what we are trying to do. Same Day, 7pm till 10pm. Parking for 20 cars, 5 min from the bus station.
