Narrated Jābir that the Prophet ﷺ said:
((مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَنْفَعَ أَخَاهُ فَلْيَفْعَلْ))
"Whoever amongst you is capable of helping his brother (through Ruqyah) should do so." [Sahih Muslim, 2199]
