Під час зустрічі з Прем’єр-міністром Ріші Сунаком ключовою темою розмови було оборонне співробітництво.

Поінформував Прем’єр-міністра Великої Британії про ситуацію на фронті та про потреби Збройних сил України в озброєнні і військовій техніці. Україні важливо отримати необхідну зброю від наших союзників, щоб зупинити російський наступ та звільнити всі тимчасово окуповані українські території.

Дякую британському народу та окремо Ріші Сунаку за зусилля щодо зміцнення обороноздатності України, за надану гуманітарну та фінансову допомогу після початку повномасштабної агресії, за підтримку українців, які вимушено покинули свої домівки через російську війну.

During the meeting with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, the key topic of conversation was defense cooperation.

I informed the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom about the situation on the frontline and the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in terms of weapons and military equipment. It is important for Ukraine to receive the necessary weapons from our allies to stop the Russian offensive and liberate all temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories.

I am grateful to the British people and separately to Rishi Sunak for the efforts to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities, for the humanitarian and financial assistance provided after the start of full-scale aggression, and for supporting Ukrainians who were forced to flee their homes because of the Russian war.
