І це ідея, яка залучає до української боротьби за свободу мільйони людей із різних країн світу.

Слава всім, хто допомагає нашій обороні!

Дякую кожному й кожній, хто займається волонтерською справою. І вітаю вас із Днем волонтера!

Today, volunteers are the most powerful part of Ukrainian civil society. This is a movement that unites all cities and communities of our country and all social groups.

And this is an idea that attracts millions of people from different countries of the world to the Ukrainian struggle for freedom.

Це – серце. Золоте серце для простих людей, які захищають усіх нас. Цього року ми започатковуємо нагородження такою відзнакою. Тих, хто дійсно заслуговує. Тих, чиє серце золоте, і саме тому вони – волонтери.

Ми щороку будемо відзначати ще волонтерські проекти, інші організації, нових особистостей.

Люди мають знати, хто здійснює цю допомогу для України. Люди мають знати, чиє серце дає нам такий результат, за який українці – вдячні.

This is the heart. The heart of gold for the ordinary people who protect us all. This year, we establish such an award. For those who really deserve it. Those whose hearts are of gold, and that is why they are volunteers.

We will award more volunteer projects, other organizations, and new personalities each year.

People should know who provides this aid for Ukraine. People should know whose heart gives us such a result, for which Ukrainians are grateful.

Сьогоднішньою ракетною атакою Росія відзначила чергову річницю підписання Будапештського меморандуму. Документа, чия доля дає відповіді на багато і нинішніх запитань про Росію.

Щось просто підписати з цими терористами – миру не буде. Щось просто погодити з ними – точно порушать. Віддати Росії хоча б щось із елементів безпеки інших – означає нову війну.
Тому й потрібне принципове продовження наявної політики сумлінних держав світу: тільки демонтаж російських терористичних можливостей, тільки звільнення всієї нашої землі й тільки притягнення вбивць до відповідальності – може дати мир.

Вірю, прийдемо до цього.
 
Слава всім, хто захищає Україну! Дякую кожному і кожній, хто допомагає нашій державі вистояти проти російського терору!
Вічна пам’ять усім, чиє життя забрали терористи!

We will not leave any Ukrainian in Russian prisons, camps and "isolations".

The "Return" film demonstrates how the whole team works and what is behind the exchange processes.

We remember everyone. The day will come and we will greet every released again. In Ukraine.

With today’s missile attack Russia marked the anniversary of the Budapest Memorandum. The fate of this document gives answers to many current questions about Russia.

Simply signing something with these terrorists will not bring peace. They will certainly break any agreements reached with them. Giving up any element of someone else’s security to Russia means new war.

Therefore a principled continuation of the existing policy of conscientious states of the world is necessary: it is only the dismantling of Russian terrorist capacities, liberation of all our territories and holding the murderers to account that will bring peace.

I believe we will come to this.

The east of Ukraine today is the most difficult direction. And I am honored to be here now with our defenders — in Donbas. I believe that next time we will meet in our Ukrainian Donetsk, Luhansk, I am sure that in Crimea as well.

Сьогодні для мене честь – провести увесь день разом з нашими захисниками і захисницями.

Уранці я був на Донеччині – подякував бійцям, які боронять нашу державу на найбільш небезпечних і відповідальних напрямках. Тим, хто б’ється на Сватовському, Бахмутському, Авдіївському та інших напрямках у Донецькій і Луганській областях.
Вручив воїнам державні нагороди і відзнаки.

Був на Харківщині – подякував лікарям, які рятують наших бійців. Вручив нагороди бійцям, які брали участь у звільненні регіону і які продовжують виганяти окупантів з України.

Увечері у Маріїнському палаці – наші герої, рідні наших воїнів, командири і представники бойових бригад та підрозділів, які щойно прибули з фронту і знову повертаються на передову.

Хочу сказати саме те, що сьогодні у серці кожного українця: я дякую вам! Дякую – усім солдатам і матросам, усім сержантам і старшинам, усім офіцерам і генералам, і обов’язково – усім татам і мамам українських воїнів. І бажаю усім нам одного – перемоги!

Today it is an honor for me to spend the whole day together with our defenders.

In the morning, I was in the Donetsk region - I thanked the fighters who defend our state in the most dangerous and responsible directions. Those who are fighting in Svatove, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and other directions in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. I presented state awards and decorations to the warriors.

I was in the Kharkiv region today - I thanked the doctors who save our indomitable fighters. In the Kharkiv region, I presented awards to the fighters who participated in the liberation of the region and who continue to expel the occupiers from Ukraine.

Now here, in the Mariyinsky Palace, are our heroes, relatives of our warriors, commanders and representatives of combat brigades and units who have just arrived from the front and are returning to the frontline again.

I want to say to everyone present what is definitely in the heart of every Ukrainian today: I thank you! I thank absolutely all soldiers, all sailors, all sergeants, sergeant-majors, all officers, all heroes, generals and, of course, all your fathers and mothers, our dear, esteemed Ukrainian warriors. I wish you all one thing - victory!

Після повернення зі сходу відвідав поранених захисників в одному з медзакладів Києва. Поспілкувався з бійцями та вручив їм державні нагороди за мужність і стійкість у боротьбі з ворогом.

After returning from the east, I visited the wounded defenders in one of Kyiv's medical institutions. I spoke with the warriors and presented them with state awards for courage and resilience in the fight against the enemy.
