🚨MAJOR NEWS!!!!🚨
The Federal Court of Canada just ruled the invocation of the Emergencies Act ultra vires. In other words, it was an abuse of power, discriminatory, unconstitutional, beyond the legal power or authority, unlawful, illegal, etc, etc, etc!!!!
This is big! What does it mean for the federal government, elected officials and all those disparaged and defamed protestors, I do not know. But this is big news!

Additionally, it appears that Jerry Morin has pleaded guilty to a similar charge, improper transport of a firearm.
To put this in perspective, these charges are typically fines, or suspensions of firearms licenses.
The government held these men for 2 years without bail over slap on the wrist firearms offences.
The Crown has gone from "they were planning to murder RCMP officers" to "they didn't store their firearms properly".
This is the equivalent of "they were planning to use trucks in a terrorist attack" to "they parked illegally".
It is a massive win, two men are free, the Crown's case against the other two men is crumbling, and it's directly a result of Chris Lysak's legal team, secured by support from this community.
