During a divorce or after a divorce you go through different stages. Most are similar to the stages of grief.

The stages hit me from different angles at different times. The definitely don't come in order or right after each other.

Hey so there was a time after my divorce when I thought I was fine but mentally I wasn't.

I was holding a lot of stuff in because I felt like no one could relate to what I was going through or was willing to try to understand what I had just went through being cheated on by my wife.

I dealt with it by not taking care of myself.

I let myself gain hella weight 😬

Then I built myself back up.
