Texas awaits Supreme Court move on restrictive abortion law

The Supreme Court could decide as soon as Tuesday evening whether Texas can move forward with a controversial ban on most abortions after 6 weeks of pregnancy that's set to take effect on Sept. 1.

The law, Senate Bill 8, which would be among the strictest in the nation, also authorizes private citizens to sue anyone who helps a woman obtain abortion services and in turn receive at least $10,000 in damages per instance.

Poll: Joe Biden Approval Hits Record Low; Net Approval Dives Seven Points in Two Weeks. MSM can’t keep carrying him on their back‼️

The latest poll was conducted Aug. 27-29 among 15,623 registered U.S. voters.

Morning Consult reports that 48 percent of voters approve of Biden’s job performance while 49 percent disapprove.

That marks a seven-point drop in Biden’s net approval rating in two weeks since Kabul fell into the hands of the Taliban earlier this month.
