I held a meeting of the Staff today. Extended format, detailed reports. Zaluzhny, Syrskyi, Tarnavskyi, Moskalyov and Nayev. The situation in the key directions.

The east – very difficult. Hurtful. But we are doing everything to endure.
The south – in some areas the situation is quite dangerous, but our warriors have means of response to the occupier.
Odesa and the Black Sea area are under control.
North – all our warriors in this area can see every intention of the enemy. We are reinforcing where necessary.
There was a report by Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate Budanov on the current intentions of the occupier. There are decisions on our counteraction.

Separately and in great detail, we addressed the issue of production and supply of ammunition and weapons. Of course, I cannot publicly disclose the details of this. But this is meaningful work. And I am glad to hear at the meeting of the Staff that even in such conditions we have the appropriate potential.
During the evening I’ve been receiving detailed reports on the situation in Kherson.
Another Russian strike damaged the main pipeline that provided heating to about six hundred houses – more than forty thousand people! Repair work will continue without interruption until the heating supply is restored.
And we will restore it! No matter what these Russian terrorists and bastards do, we will restore everything.

Glory to our warriors! Glory to each and everyone who is now in combat! Thank you to everyone who helps us!

Сьогодні – після року вирішальної війни за незалежність України – тут, на Софіївській площі, на цьому величному місці, яке бачило і Ярослава, і Богдана, і Михайла, і багатьох інших, хто бився за Україну, – я хочу сказати всім, хто б’ється за Україну і хто живе Україною... Я хочу сказати: я пишаюся вами! Ми всі пишаємося вами!

Ті, хто свідомо став на військовий шлях і кого цей шлях обрав 14-го року і 24 лютого. Ті, хто не уявляє свого життя без допомоги іншим українцям і всій нашій державі. Ті, хто стійко боронить позиції України і наближає день нашої перемоги.
Саме від вас залежить, чи бути нам усім, чи бути Україні. Щодня залежить! Щогодини! Саме від тебе, український воїне! Найголовніша наша людина. Яка стоїть і завдяки якій стоять мільйони українців. Яка вистоїть і завдяки якій вистоїть Україна!
Завдяки якій вічно лунатиме: «Слава Україні!»

Я дякую всім, хто витримав той лютий, цей рік і хто дає Україні незламність!

У річницю незламності зустрівся з капеланами, які зараз служать у лавах Збройних Сил України та Національної гвардії України.

Вручив військовим капеланам державні нагороди: орден «За мужність» ІІІ ступеня, медалі «За військову службу Україні» та медаль «Захиснику Вітчизни». Обговорили важливість збільшення чисельності капеланів у війську, питання врегулювання верифікації духовної освіти, що необхідно для отримання військових звань та зарахування до війська.

Дякую за ваше служіння, за те, що ви були разом із бійцями у цей рік повномасштабної війни. Підтримували їх духовно, підтримували їхні сім’ї.

On the anniversary of invincibility, I met with chaplains who are currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine.

I presented the military chaplains with state awards: the Order "For Courage" of the III degree, medals "For Military Service to Ukraine" and the medal "To the Defender of the Homeland". We discussed the importance of increasing the number of chaplains in the army, the issue of regulating the verification of spiritual education, which is necessary for obtaining military ranks and enlistment in the army.

Thank you for your service, for being with the soldiers during this year of full-scale war. For supporting them and their families spiritually.

Сьогодні у Києві – Прем’єр-міністр Польщі Матеуш Моравецький. Ми разом відвідали українських воїнів, які проходять лікування після поранень в одному з київських госпіталів. Дякую вам за самовідданий захист України! Одужуйте якнайшвидше!

І велика вдячність усім медичним працівникам, які в режимі 24/7 лікують, рятують, зберігають життя наших людей.

Last year, Russia thought that the Ukrainians would obediently bow their heads, but we did not submit. This video is about ordinary heroes - ordinary Ukrainians who, together with the rescuers, dismantled rubble after shelling, provided shelter, covered others from the debris, saved animals, performed surgeries without light and found the strength to do the impossible every day.

Their indomitable morale and bravery help our military bring the victory of Ukraine closer.

Poland was with us even before the start of the full-scale war, was with us every minute of this year and, I am sure, will be with us until our victory. Our joint victory!

Today, during the talks with Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki, we discussed the entire range of defense issues. It also concerns weapons for Ukraine, thanks to which Russia's defeat on the battlefield will be speeded up, and new sanctions against Russia. Separately, I would like to note our cooperation regarding the treatment and rehabilitation of Ukrainian soldiers. I am sure that it will remain a good memory in the history of nations.

I am thankful to Mateusz Morawiecki and all our Polish brothers for understanding the situation and needs of Ukraine.

Під час розмови з Президентом Туреччини Реджепом Таїпом Ердоганом подякував за підтримку в цей символічний для України день. Цінуємо допомогу турецького народу, яку ми відчували весь цей час. А також те, що Туреччина підтримала резолюцію ООН щодо сталого миру в Україні та формулу миру.

During a conversation with President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan I thanked for the support on this symbolic day for Ukraine. We appreciate the help of the Turkish people, which we have felt all this time. And also the fact that Türkiye supported the UN resolution on lasting peace in Ukraine and the Peace Formula.

Ми почали звільняти нашу землю від російського зла. Ми повертаємо безпеку в міжнародні відносини. І ми знаємо, що наша коаліція захисників свободи вже у 2023 році може стати коаліцією переможців.

У другій, закритій частині саміту докладно представив партнерам наші пріоритети. Їх п’ять: зброя, санкції, фінанси, справедливість і обов’язково – єдність.

Упевнений, ми здатні досягти прогресу в реалізації кожного з пріоритетів.

I took part in the meeting of the G7 leaders. Our meeting had two parts. In the first, public part, I thanked the partners for their unity and help during this year. We withstood. We started to free our land from Russian evil. We are in a return of security to international relations. And we know that our coalition of defenders of freedom can become a coalition of winners in 2023.

In the second, closed-door part of the meeting, I presented our priorities to the partners in detail. We have five of them: weapons, sanctions, finances, justice and, of course, unity.

I am sure that we are able to make progress in the implementation of each of the priorities.
