Speaking to a student audience and telling the truth about war is extremely important. Today I communicated with students from 20 universities in Australia.
Many Australians send financial aid to our country, supply medications, work as volunteers in hospitals, ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid, and also fight at the front. I urged them to continue to support Ukraine, in particular in educational classrooms, defending the truth and debunking the myths that the Russian propaganda machine has so masterfully learned to fabricate.

I am grateful to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia Urmas Reinsalu for this visit, during which we started the rebuilding of the most important infrastructure: schools and kindergartens.
Yesterday, in the border town of Ovruch in the Zhytomyr region, a capsule was laid on the occasion of the start of construction of a kindergarten.
Full reconstruction will take a lot of time and money, but the start has already taken place.
Вдячний міністру закордонних справ Естонії Урмасу Рейнсалу за цей візит, під час якого було покладено початок відбудові першочергово важливої інфраструктури – шкіл і дитячих садків.
Вчора у прикордонному місті Овручі на Житомирщині було закладено капсулу з нагоди початку будівництва дитсадочка.

Цими днями в нашому інформаційному просторі та в соцмережах дуже багато повідомлень про конфліктні ситуації та загрози, які є в інших географіях. Спочатку – Балкани, потім – Тайвань, тепер може бути Кавказ... Усі ці ситуації здаються різними, хоча їх об’єднує один чинник, а саме: глобальна архітектура безпеки не спрацювала. These days, in our information space and in social networks, there are a lot of reports about conflict situations and threats that exist in other geographies. First - the Balkans, then - Taiwan, now it may be the Caucasus... All these situations seem different, although they are united by one factor, namely: the global security architecture did not work. If it worked, there wouldn't be all these conflicts.
And this is actually what Ukraine has been drawing attention to not only for 161 days since the start of the full-scale war, but for years. Since Russia has completely ignored international law, the interests of humanity as such.

Сьогодні відбулося засідання Ставки Верховного Головнокомандувача. Міністр оборони України Олексій Резніков доповів щодо поточного забезпечення військ технікою та боєприпасами. Доповідали також Головком Залужний, голова СБУ Малюк, міністр внутрішніх справ Монастирський. Проаналізували ситуацію на найгостріших ділянках фронту, зокрема в Донецькій області. Окрему увагу приділили стану виконання попередніх рішень Ставки, всі вони мають виконуватися на сто відсотків.

I held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief today. Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov reported on the current provision of troops with equipment and ammunition. Commander-in-Chief Zaluzhny, Head of the Security Service Malyuk, Minister of Internal Affairs Monastyrskyi also delivered reports. We analyzed the situation in the most acute areas of the frontline, in particular in the Donetsk region. Particular attention was paid to the state of implementation of the previous decisions of the Staff, all of them must be implemented by 100%.

Сьогодні окупанти створили чергову надзвичайно ризиковану ситуацію для всієї Європи – вони обстріляли Запорізьку АЕС, причому двічі за день. Це найбільша атомна станція на нашому континенті. І будь-які обстріли цього об’єкта – це відвертий і зухвалий злочин, це акт терору.
Росія повинна відповідати вже за сам факт створення загрози для АЕС. І це не тільки ще один аргумент на користь визнання Росії державою – спонсором тероризму. Це аргумент і на користь того, щоб застосувати жорсткі санкції проти всієї російської атомної галузі – від «Росатома» до всіх пов’язаних компаній і осіб. Це питання суто безпеки. Той, хто створює ядерні загрози для інших народів, сам точно не здатний безпечно використовувати атомні технології.
Росія повинна відповідати вже за сам факт створення загрози для АЕС. І це не тільки ще один аргумент на користь визнання Росії державою – спонсором тероризму. Це аргумент і на користь того, щоб застосувати жорсткі санкції проти всієї російської атомної галузі – від «Росатома» до всіх пов’язаних компаній і осіб. Це питання суто безпеки. Той, хто створює ядерні загрози для інших народів, сам точно не здатний безпечно використовувати атомні технології.

Today, the occupiers created another extremely risky situation for everyone in Europe – they fired at the Zaporizhzhia NPP, twice in one day. This is the largest nuclear power plant on our continent. And any shelling of this facility is an open, brazen crime, an act of terror.
Russia should bear responsibility for the very fact of creating a threat to the nuclear power plant. And this is not only another argument in favor of recognizing Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism. This is an argument in favor of applying tough sanctions against the entire Russian nuclear industry – from Rosatom to all related companies and individuals. This is purely a matter of safety. The one who creates nuclear threats to other nations is definitely not capable of using nuclear technologies safely.
