امیر مهدی حکیمی، مدیرعامل موسسه آفرینش های هنری آستان قدس رضوی درباره مسیری که تا امروز جشنواره عکس مزارات طی کرده است، گفت: جشنواره عکس مزارات به پیشنهاد معاون امور بین الملل سازمان علمی و فرهنگی آستان قدس رضوی و در فضای موسسه آفرینش های هنری عملیاتی شد. موسسه آفرینش ها پیشینه خوبی در برگزاری جشنواره های عکاسی دارد که نمونه شاخص آن برگزاری هفت دوره جشنواره عکاسی «خانه دوست» است که در جامعه عکاسی ایران شناخته شده است.
وی با بیان اینکه جشنواره بین المللی عکس «مزارات» نخستین اتفاق موسسه در فضای بین الملل است، اظهار داشت: شورای سیاستگزاری جشنواره از مدت ها پیش تشکیل شده و دبیرخانه آن از هشتم دی ماه آغاز به کار کرد. عکاسان سراسر جهان می توانند آثارشان را در دو موضوع کلی نیایش و معماری مزارات اسلامی تا دهم اسفندماه به دبیرخانه جشنواره ارسال کنند. آثار رسیده توسط دکتر رها بیلر (از ترکیه)، دکتر محمد ستاری، سید عباس میرهاشمی، ابراهیم بهرامی و احمد خطیری مورد داوری قرار می گیرند.
او با بیان اینکه مخاطب این جشنواره، عکاسان سراسر جهان هستند خاطرنشان کرد: اگرچه موضوعات جشنواره معطوف به مزارات جهان اسلام است اما تمام عکاسان کشورهای مختلف که از مزارا ت اسلامی عکاسی کرده اند، می توانند آثارشان را در موضوعات اعلام شده ارسال کنند.
حکیمی با اشاره به زمان داوری آثار در 15 اسفندماه درباره برگزاری اختتامیه جشنواره توضیح داد: پس از داوری برگزیدگان هر بخش معرفی می شوند و جشنواره در هر دو بخش نیایش و معماری مزارات اسلامی، سه برگزیده دارد. که جوایز نفرات اول تا سوم به ترتیب 1500، 1000 و 750 یورو در هر بخش به همراه تندیس جشنواره خواهد بود. همچینین یک جایزه هزار یورویی نیز به عنوان جایزه ویژه دبیر به برگزیده این بخش اهدا خواهد شد.
او افزود: با توجه به زمانبندی جشنواره، 20 اسفندماه اسامی برگزیدگان اعلام می شود اما به دلیل شرایط کرونایی که تمام جهان درگیر این بیماری هستند، مراسم اختتامیه نخواهیم داشت و جوایز به همراه کتاب آثار منتخب جشنواره برای برگزیدگان ارسال می شود.
او یادآور شد: پی دی اف کتاب جشنواره نیز برای تمام شرکت کنندگان ارسال می شود، چاپ کتاب و برپایی نمایشگاه آثار منتخب در تهران، مشهد و حتی خارج از ایران نیز بستگی به بهبود شرایط کرونایی جهان در سال آینده دارد.

Mazaarat International Photo Festival, 2021
Attending the presence of, and visiting, the burial places of the pillars of society, great members of community and society’s prominent religious figures as well as paying homage and receiving spiritual blessing has always had a significant place in religious cultures across the world, especially Islamic culture. It is indeed a presence and an attendance which provides the base and basis for connecting to the source of God’s all-embracing mercy as well as purifying and clarifying one’s soul, psyche, and life. At the moment, the most magnificent works of Islamic architecture belong to mausolea and burial places of the pillars of Islamic society as well as its eminent religions figures; and, this issue per se does manifest the importance of the notions of visiting and/or making pilgrimage to such locations.
Given the importance of the role of Islamic figures’ mausolea in expanding the intercultural connections of Islamic world, carrying out the cultural development of Islamic world and saving the cultural and spiritual heritage of Islamic countries and Islamic holy places of visiting and pilgrimage, Astan Quds Razavi , has decided to hold Mazarat International Photo Festival. Throughout this event, it will be tried to properly utilize the experience and perseverance of all photographers, thus opening a new window towards recording the glorious moments of prayer as well as the magnificent instances of architecture.

• Servicing the pilgrims and visitors in mausolea and burial places
• Different outlooks and manifestations of the attendance and presence of people in these locations

Art has a unique sight in Islamic mausolea, a sight which has manifested itself in customs, creeds, constructions, and architecture of these mausolea and burial places. This category deals with photos in which the following elements and notions are observed and observable.

• Calligraphy in mausolea
• Inscriptions in mausolea

Regulations, Requirements and Qualifications
1. Mazarat International Photo Festival will be open to, and free for, all photographers.
2. The one and only way to apply is by visiting, and uploading your photo in, the following website.

3. Each photographer is allowed to send 5 photos per category, thus a total of 10 photos for both categories. The photos must be based upon the definitions and instructions of the festival. They can be color photos or black-and-white ones. They can be photographed with any kind of camera. Moreover, each photo can only be sent and applied for one category.

4. The photos must be a result of the process of photography, with professional cameras, compact cameras, or mobile phone camera. In case of sending a photo which results from photomontage, all of the existing parts of that photo must have originally been photographed by the photographer himself/herself.
5. Submitting a photo by a photographer, and thus applying it for the festival, is indicative of the fact that the photo is the intellectual property of that photographer. And, if proven otherwise during any stage, all legal and penal consequences are to be faced by the participant.
6. The largest side of the photo must be less than 2000 pixels. That is, neither width nor height of any photo should exceed 2000 pixels. The format of the photos must be JPEG; and, maximum size of each photo is 2 megabytes.
7. The organizer is allowed to use all or parts of the accepted photos in publications related to the festival including book, website, exhibition and other such festival-related items.
8. The book which is to be published to contain the selected works of the festival will be sent for all participants as a PDF file.
9. The photos must contain no writing, such as the title of the photo, name of the photographer, or the country of origin.
10. By submitting their work for Mazarat International Photo Festival, participants accept all the provisions of these regulations, requirements and qualifications, thereby depriving themselves of any right to object.
11. A certificate of attendance will be issued for participants whose works are selected, and deemed competent, for the exhibition.

دعوة لمهرجان صور المزارات الدولي

إن الحضور في ساحة قبور الأئمة و العظماء والشخصيات الدينية البارزة في المجتمع، وإظهار المحبة وتلقّي الفيوضات الروحانية ، كان له و لا یزال مكانة خاصة في الثقافات الدينية في العالم، لا سيما الثقافة الإسلامية. حضور يرسي أسس الاتصال بمصدر الرحمة الإلهية الواسعة و تهذيب الروح و النفوس البشرية. إنّ أروع الأعمال المعمارية اليوم في العالم الإسلامي، تعود إلى مزارات الأئمة و أعلام الشخصيات الإسلامية، وهذا الأمر بحد ذاته يشير إلى أهمية الزيارة .
يعتزم حرم الامام الرضا عليه السلام ونظراً لأهمية دور مزارات الشخصيات الإسلامية في تنمية العلاقات بين الثقافات في العالم الاسلامي، والتنمية الثقافية للعالم الاسلامي، والحفاظ على التراث الثقافي والمعنوي بین الدول و أماكن الزيارة الإسلامية، إقامة مهرجان دولي لصور المزارات. هناك محاولة في هذا الحث للاستفادة من خبرات وجهود جميع المصورين وفتح نافذة جديدة لتسجيل اللحظات الرائعة للدعاء والعمارة.

مواضيع المهرجان
۱- الابتهال (أحادي اللون وملون)
۲- عمارة المزارات الإسلامية (أحادي اللون وملون)
تعريف الصورة ذات موضوع الابتهال :
الابتهال هو ارتباط قلبي بين الإنسان و ربه، و فهم العلاقة الوثيقة بين الخالق والمخلوق يعتمد على هذا الإرتباط.
يتناول هذا القسم الصور التي تشير إلى مظاهر الابتهال، المناجاة، الدعاء والصلاة في مزارات وأضرحة الأولياء والعلماء والعارفين الذين يحترمهم المسلمون، وكذلك خدمة الزائرين في المزارات ومظاهر حضور الناس في تلك الأماكن.
التعريف بالصورة ذات موضوع عمارة المزارات الإسلامية:
للفن تجلّي خاص في المزارات الإسلامية، والذي یظهر في الطقوس الدینیة وأبنية المزارات وعمارتها. يتناول هذا القسم الصور التي يظهر فيها تضاريس المزار، الأعمال الفنية و الخطوط و نقوش الآيات القرآنية، الأسماء الإلهية و مظاهر محبة أهل البيت(عليهم السلام)، العمارة، الطبيعة و المدينة و الأماكن و المساکن التي تحيط بالمزار
شروط المهرجان :
1. المشاركة في هذا المهرجان مجانية ومتاحة لجميع المصورين.
2. للتسجيل في هذا المهرجان قم بتحميل الصورة فقط من خلال موقع المهرجان على العنوان التالی: photo.mazaar.net
3. يسمح لكل مصور بإرسال 5 صور في كل قسم (المجموع 10 صور للقسمين)، يجب أن تكون الصور حسب تعريف الدعوة و يمكن أن تكون أحادية اللون أو ملونة وملتقطة بأية كاميرا، كل صورة يمكن أن تشارك في قسم واحد فقط.
4. يجب أن يتم التقاط الصور من خلال عملية التصوير (بكاميرات احترافية أو كاميرا مدمجة أو كاميرا الهاتف المحمول) في حال كانت الصورة عبارة عن مونتاج لعدة صور، فيجب أن يكون المصور قد قام بتصوير جميع المكونات المستخدمة في الصورة بنفسه.
5. يعتبر تقديم العمل من قبل المصور والمشاركة في المهرجان بمثابة الإعلان عن «الملكية المعنوية» للصورة. في حال إثبات عكس ذلك في أية مرحلة من مراحل المهرجان، سيتحمل المشارك التبعات القانونية و الجزائية لذلك.
6. يجب أن يكون حجم أكبر جانب من الصورة 2000 بكسل. (أي يجب ألا يتجاوز عرض أو ارتفاع أي صورة 2000بكسل) يجب أن تكون الصورة بتنسيق JPEG و يكون الحجم 2 ميغابايت كحد أقصى.
7. يسمح للمنظم باستخدام كل أو جزء من الصور المقبولة في الإصدارات الخاصة بالمهرجان بما في ذلك الكتب و الموقع الالكتروني للمهرجان والمعارض وغيرها من المواد الأخرى المتعلقة بالمهرجان.
8. سيتم إرسال كتاب الأعمال المختارة للمهرجان على شكل PDF لجميع المشاركين.
9. المفروض أن لا يكون داخل الصورة أي نص مثل عنوان الصورة أو الدولة. في غير هذه الحالة سيتم إزالتها من التحكيم.
10. تعتبر المشاركة في مهرجان المزارات بمثابة قبول لجميع الشروط ذات الصلة بالمهرجان ..
11. يتم إصدار شهادة مشاركة في المهرجان للمصورين الذين قُبلت أعمالهم في المعرض.

تعريف الصورة ذات موضوع الابتهال :
الابتهال هو ارتباط قلبي بين الإنسان و ربه، و فهم العلاقة الوثيقة بين الخالق والمخلوق يعتمد على هذا الإرتباط.
يتناول هذا القسم الصور التي تشير إلى مظاهر الابتهال، المناجاة، الدعاء والصلاة في مزارات وأضرحة الأولياء والعلماء والعارفين الذين يحترمهم المسلمون، وكذلك خدمة الزائرين في المزارات ومظاهر حضور الناس في تلك الأماكن.
التعريف بالصورة ذات موضوع عمارة المزارات الإسلامية:
للفن تجلّي خاص في المزارات الإسلامية، والذي یظهر في الطقوس الدینیة وأبنية المزارات وعمارتها. يتناول هذا القسم الصور التي يظهر فيها تضاريس المزار، الأعمال الفنية و الخطوط و نقوش الآيات القرآنية، الأسماء الإلهية و مظاهر محبة أهل البيت(عليهم السلام)، العمارة، الطبيعة و المدينة و الأماكن و المساکن التي تحيط بالمزار
شروط المهرجان :
1. المشاركة في هذا المهرجان مجانية ومتاحة لجميع المصورين.
2. للتسجيل في هذا المهرجان قم بتحميل الصورة فقط من خلال موقع المهرجان على العنوان التالی: photo.mazaar.net
3. يسمح لكل مصور بإرسال 5 صور في كل قسم (المجموع 10 صور للقسمين)، يجب أن تكون الصور حسب تعريف الدعوة و يمكن أن تكون أحادية اللون أو ملونة وملتقطة بأية كاميرا، كل صورة يمكن أن تشارك في قسم واحد فقط.
4. يجب أن يتم التقاط الصور من خلال عملية التصوير (بكاميرات احترافية أو كاميرا مدمجة أو كاميرا الهاتف المحمول) في حال كانت الصورة عبارة عن مونتاج لعدة صور، فيجب أن يكون المصور قد قام بتصوير جميع المكونات المستخدمة في الصورة بنفسه.
5. يعتبر تقديم العمل من قبل المصور والمشاركة في المهرجان بمثابة الإعلان عن «الملكية المعنوية» للصورة. في حال إثبات عكس ذلك في أية مرحلة من مراحل المهرجان، سيتحمل المشارك التبعات القانونية و الجزائية لذلك.
6. يجب أن يكون حجم أكبر جانب من الصورة 2000 بكسل. (أي يجب ألا يتجاوز عرض أو ارتفاع أي صورة 2000بكسل) يجب أن تكون الصورة بتنسيق JPEG و يكون الحجم 2 ميغابايت كحد أقصى.
7. يسمح للمنظم باستخدام كل أو جزء من الصور المقبولة في الإصدارات الخاصة بالمهرجان بما في ذلك الكتب و الموقع الالكتروني للمهرجان والمعارض وغيرها من المواد الأخرى المتعلقة بالمهرجان.
8. سيتم إرسال كتاب الأعمال المختارة للمهرجان على شكل PDF لجميع المشاركين.
9. المفروض أن لا يكون داخل الصورة أي نص مثل عنوان الصورة أو الدولة. في غير هذه الحالة سيتم إزالتها من التحكيم.
10. تعتبر المشاركة في مهرجان المزارات بمثابة قبول لجميع الشروط ذات الصلة بالمهرجان ..
11. يتم إصدار شهادة مشاركة في المهرجان للمصورين الذين قُبلت أعمالهم في المعرض.

الإعلان عن أسماء المقبولين و مرشحي الجوائز عن طريق البريد الالكتروني: 26 رجب 1442

الفائز الأول: تمثال المهرجان+ 1500 يورو
الفائز الثاني: تمثال المهرجان+ 1000 يورو
الفائز الثالث: تمثال المهرجان+ 750 يورو
قسم المزارات:
الفائز الأول: تمثال المهرجان+ 1500 يورو
الفائز الثاني: تمثال المهرجان+ 1000 يورو
الفائز الثالث: تمثال المهرجان+ 750 يورو
الجائزة الخاصة بالأمانة العامة للمهرجان: تمثال المهرجان+ 1000 يورو سيتم إهداؤها للمشارك الذي يختاره الحكّام ومدير المهرجانالحاصل على أكبر عدد من الأصوات.
